I feel like none of the boys would have a problem with that and would try their best to get along with your baby. They would all try to make you and your child as happy as possible and would never interfere with you and your ex (if you share custody for example). They would keep an eye out for him though, maybe checking him out from a rooftop just to be sure he isn't in a gang or doing something that might harm your child.
Leo would try his hardest to please your baby. He has a big heart and would try to make it laugh at any time possible. He might take it to the dojo and wrestle a little - with your baby winning of course.
Raph would have a harder time. He's not someone who likes talking, touching or playing that much so it would take him a while to get to know your child and warm up to it. But once he did they were inseparable.
Donnie would take your baby to the lab with him. He wouldn't to a crazy experiment or something but he'd build a toy robot. He's unintentionally funny and your baby knows that too.
Mikey would have absolutely no problem to get along with your child. He's funny, easy-going and definitely feels like a child himself. He'd always make your baby laugh and giggle. They would be best friends immediately.
