This is a book of kingdom hearts oneshots. I decided to make this because I believe there really aren't enough kingdom hearts x readers out there on Wattpad. I will be accepting requests but I can only do so many at a time so please understand this...
Ever since you could remember you've never been very confident. First, it started with early years of bullying and teasing that wore down your confidence to the point you were very 'fragile'. By that, I mean you were very sensitive to things said and things that happened to you. But that was before you met Riku.
Once you met Riku, the walls of confidence that had once been torn down would finnaly build back up. Riku was there to protect you, make you feel good about your self for every achievement, big or small. His kindness towards you is what you eventually fell for.
You fell in love.
For a person that is still building their walls back up, you made a huge risk in it all falling down. Because if you ever told him how you felt......
Your walls could fall agian... Your condition could kill you.... And this time.... No one would be their to pick you back up... Or save you.......
Today was like any other, You and Riku were in the treehouse working on your Math homework.
"First, you subtract 2 from the left and right side of the equation leaving you with 3x=3" Riku pointed as he explained how to solve basic equations.
"Then I divide both sides by 3 to get 1=x?" You asked as you finished the equation.
"Yeah! There you go!" Riku cheered as he clapped a little.
You sat up from your position and smiled a bit at Riku.
"Thanks for helping me, I'm terrible at Math so..." You trailed off, looking to the side.
"No Worries (Y/n)" he said as he got up and dusted himself off.
He walked over to you and offered his hand, which you gladly took.
However, he pulled you up with some unexpected force and you fell into his chest, a blushing mess. You stood up straight and put a little distance between the two of you.
Riku chuckled a bit then looked down at his watch.
"Crap, I'm running late (Y/n) I gotta go" he said as he started packing up his stuff, getting ready to leave.
"If you don't mind me asking, where are you going?" You said as you leaned over him with a questioning look on your face.
"I-i u-um, I've been trying to confess to some one and Sora's been giving me advice..." He trailed off.
'h-he likes some one?.....' you thought as you felt your heart hurting.
Your hair covered your eyes as you began to think. Riku noticed this "hey, are you okay?" He asked with concern.
You gave your best fake smile and said "Im fine! But you might wanna hurry and go....." You trailed off.
Riku just smiled at you and nodded then ran off, what you had told him however, was as far from the truth as could be.
You sat down in the corner of the tree house and pulled your legs up to your chest.
"Maybe falling for him was a bad idea....after all, he has so many girls that like him that would be better than me.....I'm just so....
Weak".
"Maybe I should have told him about my 'condition'? No, he has the right to be happy without me.....
I'll let him be happy....even if it does end up killing me..."
(Y/n) POV
Ever since I was a kid, I was teased and bullied yes.... But that was due to a condition my heart had, and I'm not talking about my organ heart. Im Talking about the kind of heart everyone has.....
And every heartless wants....
My condition is rare yes, unfortunately there is no cure or treatment.My heart was born extremely fragile.The doctors were very presistent on what to avoid.
1.Negative Thoughts. 2.Depression And 3....
Love....
If I fall in love with someone who can't feel the same....
My heart will shatter and I will die...
These were things I could never tell Riku...
"I should have known I should have known I should have known.....I hope he's happy when I'm gone...."
"At least he won't have someone to annoy him anymore..."
"If this is how I go......"
"Then I'm okay with it....."
I stood up with tears in my eyes when I heard the sound of glass cracking in my ears. The timer had already started.... I stumbled a bit before I stood upright and climbed down.
A Vision of Riku smiling appeared before me.
"I hope your happy Riku..." I said as I looked up at the sky, tears in my eyes as I smiled gently. I ran for the place we had first met....
That small mysterious cave.....
Gm:DUN DUN DUUUUUUUN! HAHAHAH CLIFFHANGER MOTHER SUCKAS!
Roxas:*looks at with skepticism* are you actually gonna finish this one?
Gm:duh, the first time I did a cliff hanger was for a chapter I absolutely screwed up on.
Axel: Yeah, she hadn't finished KH2 yet but now she playing BBS
Xion: how many parts is this gonna have exactly?
Gm:2,3,or 4. Haven't entirely decided yet tho... This might have alternative endings.
