1.There are 12 manga volumes for Mirai Nikki that is released in Japan but only the first ten was only brought to US.(It deserves more than that for me)
2.The 13 contestant of the anime is base of to greek Gods and Goddesses,you can check it out on it's first soundtrack.
3.To continue the fact no 2,Subaki is based off to Apollo the God of Sun and prophecies.
4.Marco is based off to Mars the God of war while his wife is based off to Venus which is the Goddess of Beauty,in greek mythology it is said that they are in loved with each other.
5.Kamado is based off to the Goddess of Family.
6.Yuno is based off to Juno the wife of Jupiter which is Yuuki,Juno is always jealous to all the woman that has been near to her husband .
7.Uryuu Minene is based off to Minerva which is the Goddess of war.
8.Yuno's yandere face is so well known to this days that almost all anime characters from different series has it's own edited version of it.(that's ma gurl)
9.There is a game called Yandere Simulator that has a main character girl (which the players use to play) that has almost a same traits of Yuno (a girl who is obsessed with a boy and kills all girls that come near),yet the creator of the game stated it's not inspired of that.But I recommend you to play that if you want to feel like Yuno.(lol)

10.Yuno killing herself to live with Yuuki in the 2nd universe is foreshadowed in the openings of the anime,where Yuno is stabbing the other Yuno.
