Taylor's POV
July 1, 2019

"Alright Taylor, you will feel slight tugging, but that should be it." The doctor says as they start my c-section. I lied there in silence, with Joe by my side, waiting for the arrival of our twin girls. After about 15 minutes, I heard a scream. I started a cry. "Baby A is a girl!" We hear the doctor say. Joe walks over to the nurse and they hand him our first daughter. "Hi baby." I say as he leans her towards me. Not too long after baby A was born, baby B came after. "And we have another girl!" The doctor says. The nurse comes over and shows me her. I can't help but cry even harder. Joe kisses me. The nurses check both babies as I get stitched up. Soon enough, we were back in my hospital room, waiting for the nurses to bring our daughters. We didn't have to wait very long until they brought them in. The nurses gave both Joe and I a baby and we look at them in awe.

"Tay, what are we going to name them?" Joe asks me. "Well, I was thinking baby A could be named Ali, and baby B could be named Briella." I say. "Those are beautiful names."Joe says. I look at Briella and Joe looks at Ali, just taking in all of what has happened and how beautiful our girls are.

After a little while of holding them, both girls started crying. Joe kind of got nervous for a second, and didn't seem to know what to do. A nurse came in and mentioned that it's time to feed them. We decide to bottle feed them, so that it makes it easier for us. She hands us each a pre-made bottle and we start to feed them. At first, they didn't take it, then the nurse helped us and they took it very well. Ali ate more than Bri did.

After a couple of days in the hospital, we got to go home. As soon as we entered the house, Briella started to cry. I set her car seat on the ground and took her out. As soon as she was in my arms, she stopped crying. "Oh, did you just want mommy?" I say as she falls back asleep in my arms. Joe gets Ali out of her car seat and we relax on the couch and watch some TV. Soon enough, the girls woke up, ready for a bottle. We both got up and prepared their bottles. They took them right away. As soon as they finished, Joe gave me Ali and offered to make dinner. I took the girls up to mine and Joe's room and put them in their bassinets and turned on the baby monitor, and took the other one downstairs with me. I clipped the baby monitor to my pants and walked into the kitchen. I noticed Joe was cooking just some chicken and vegetables. I go up and hug him from behind and lay my head on his back. He turns around and hugs me. I breathe in his scent and look up at him and smile. "Dinner is almost ready love." He says and kisses me. "Smells good babe." I say. We dish ourselves each a plate and sit down at the table. I take the baby monitor off my pants and put it on the table. As soon as we start eating, one of the girl's starts to cry. As I was about to get up, Joe got up before me and went up to the room. I continued to eat. He came back down with Briella in his arms. "Ali is still asleep, so I just decided to bring this little one down." He says. I smile and take her from him. "Shh Bri, you're okay." I say. I prepare her bottle while Joe finishes up eating. Once she is fed, I walk back upstairs and take her into her and her sister's nursery. I change her diaper and take her into my room.

Right as I lay her down, Ali starts to cry. I know the other baby monitor is on downstairs, so I talk to Joe through it and have him prepare a bottle and bring it up to our room. After about 5 minutes, Joe comes up with a freshly made bottle and hands it to me. Ali takes it right away. "Hey Joe, can you go into their nursery and get me some pajamas for them and a diaper for miss Ali?" I ask him. He nods his head and walks out.   He comes back with two sleepers and a diaper and wipes. I change Ali's diaper and put her in a purple sleeper. I lay her in her bassinet, and put Bri in her pink sleeper and put her back in her bassinet. I turn off the baby monitor and lie down on my bed and prepare myself for the long night I have ahead of me.

July 4, 2019

Today, it's the girl's first 4th of July. Jow and I had gotten them really cute matching outfits with their initials on them. We are at the Rhode Island mansion, and let me tell you, flying from Nashville to Rhode Island with twin newborns isn't an easy task. I'm glad we could fly on my private jet though. And I'm happy that it wasn't a very long flight.
