Jacob looked down at Destinee as he sat next to her on her bed. He was watching her sleep sometimes. Due to him being supernatural, it really wasn't a must-do for him to sleep. Especially since he was together with his girlfriend. Yes, a few days after he confessed to her that he was a werewolf and therefore her imprint, they started to date. The sun was slowly starting to shine through the window in Destinee's room and with it starting to shine, the teen was stirring and slowly waking up. "Hey beautiful." "Morning handsome." "I got something for you." "What is it?" Jacob held an envelope in his hand. "Charlie laid it on your nightstand. I hid and waited till he was gone, so you don't have to worry if he had seen me or not. Go on, open it." The brunette took the envelope and opened it before slowly reading the letter. When she finished reading, she was trying her best to keep her overexcited squeals in. "Oh my gosh oh my gosh oh my gosh", she ranted in a whisper-yelling tone. "What, What is it?" "You were right Jake. I got into the finals." "That's great. Come here." He flipped her on her back and leaned down.

The shared a very long and passionate kiss when Destinee zoned out again. "What is it?" "I'm seeing something." "Tell me." "In Seattle. It's raining. There's a man a bit older than you. He's coming from a bar. Whoa, what was that?!" she exclaimed whispering. "What? What is it?" Jacob asked slowly getting slightly panicked. "A shadow. He's scared. And he tries to flee. ... He's knocked backward to the ground. The shadow's definitely a person. I think a vampire. It's so fast." Destinee whimpered and shivered. Jacob embraced her and pulled her against his chest and pressed a kiss to her forehead. "He tried to run, but the shadow is faster. He wants to get to safety. A bite! It bit him! It's a humanly teeth mark. ... He's turning into a vampire! He's dying..." She was crying while she watched the images flash through her her mind. She watched the torture of the young man, the pain of the venom, the killing. Jacob stroke over his girlfriend's hair and back, trying to calm her down. She was sobbing and clinging to his upper body. "Ssshhh. It's okay Desti, it's okay." She needed a few minutes to calm down. "Hey Desti, you should go down before Charlie comes up here and possibly sees us. And me." "I'll see you tomorrow?" "Don't worry. I will come by at the evening and be your teddy bear again. It will be getting colder the next few days." Destinee smiled. She knew that she didn't have to ask for Jacob to be her teddy bear. He somehow knew when she needed it and then he was there. "See you then Jake." "See you my angel." He gave her a quick peck on her lips and then jumped out the window and Destinee went downstairs, a huge smile and a dark red blush on her face.
