Destiny

It was early in the morning when Destinee was in the garden behind the house and doing gymnastics combined with martial arts.
She was sixteen now and a beautiful young woman with a great body. She will be going to Forks Highschool soon, because she skipped two years due to her higher intelligence level. Her best friend was Jacob Black and truth to be told, she had a crush on him since they've met the first time.
While she was practicing, she got lost in time. So the girl didn't hear a pickup pulling into her home's driveway. Jacob Black and his father Billy got out and the older man got into his wheelchair and was being wheeled into the garden by Charlie, Jacob following behind them.
In the garden they got to see a part of Destinee's practice. Jacob saw the grace in her movements and the flexing of her muscles. Billy noticed his son's look and elbowed Charlie in the side. They both looked at Jacob who was watching the girl with amazement in his eyes. When Destinee finished her practice, she jumped at the sudden applause. She turned around and saw the three males clapping their hands. Jacob was clapping faster and louder than the other two. Destinee chuckled and bowed with grace and elegance.
"That was very good", Billy praised the sporty girl.
"Oh that was nothing, literally, just practice. I'm not that good yet as you think", Destinee said.
"Not really, Desti", Jacob contradicted, "you should go to these contest things. You would win easily."
"You really think so?" she asked.
She blushed and tugged a loose strand of hair behind her ear.
"Yeah!"
They both hadn't noticed, that Charlie and Billy were already inside the house by then. When they noticed, they stood there awkwardly for a few minutes, both shifting from one foot to the other. Then Jacob slowly walked up to her and they gave each other a big and tight hug.
"Hey", Destinee greeted.
"Hey", Jacob greeted back, "how are you doing?"
"Well..." Destinee began.
"Hey, don't you two want to come inside?" Charlie yelled through the window.
Jacob and Destinee both chuckled. They went inside, the girl leading the way. She got some drinks before they went upstairs and inside Destinee's room. It was big and very comfy. The room had a dark carpet floor. Across from the door was standing a white desk with a lamp, a white chair with a white bin next to it and a laptop on the desk. Above the desk was a small chandelier hanging from the white ceiling.
On the left side from the desk at the wall was a huge shelf with books and things for the school and a body-length mirror. On the right side from the desk were three stair steps to another area also with a dark carpet floor. There was a white and fluffy bean bag and a small and round mirror. Near it was a night desk with a lamp and next to the night desk was the bed with a big mattress, many pillows and two blankets, a thin and a thick one. There was also a big window on the bean bag's side. Next to the stairs was a big commode with many drawers and a small cabinet directly next to the stair steps. Over the window were thin curtains, some transparent and over those some non-transparent. Almost in the middle of the room was a hammock converted to a seat with up to four pillows.

"Could you please turn around?" Destinee asked.
Jacob obeyed and turned around. But he could see her back through the body-length mirror next to the shelf. He gulped when she stood there with a bare back. He didn't see how Destinee smirked at him through the small mirror on the other wall. Jacob turned his look away while blushing madly. Destinee dressed in a dark but still transparent pantyhose with black and short pants, a dark bra and a grey, long and a bit wider t-shirt with half-length sleeves.

She let her long hair fell loose over her back.
When she was finished dressing and put her other clothes away, she told Jacob, that he could turn around. He did and smiled nervously. His heart was beating very fast and he was blushing, thinking and fearing Destinee would get angry at him for peeking at her when she wasn't dressed on her upper body. But she didn't. Instead she seemed to have forgotten that. She went up the few stairs and sat down on the edge of her bed. Jacob sat down next to her and took one of the drinks Destinee was holding out to him.
"Thanks. I heard you're going to Forks High tomorrow?"
Destinee nodded. Jacob hesitated with the next thing he wanted to say, not knowing how she would react.
"Do you know that..." Jacob began.
"... that Bella is coming today?" Destinee interrupted, "yeah. And I feel very nervous about that."
"Why?" Jacob asked curiously.
"Because I'm afraid that she won't like me."
Jacob wrapped his left arm around Destinee's shoulders and pulled her closer. Very close.
"Don't worry. She'll like you."
The girl lifted her head and looked at Jacob, smiling. She appreciated that Jacob existed and was in her life and her best friend. He was there with her when she was happy, but also when she was sad and depressed. Both of them didn't notice, that they were leaning in. With his free right hand, Jacob cupped Destinee's cheek and pulled her closer. Their lips were just a few millimeters away. When they were almost kissing, Charlie knocked on the door.
"Hey you two. Do you want to come to La Push for a few hours? Me and Billy want to go fishing."
The two teenagers parted.
"Sorry about that. I-I don't know why..." Jacob tried to apologize stammering.
"I-It's okay", Destinee replied.
"Hey you two", they heard Charlie again.
"Yeah. Yeah we're coming", Destinee yelled back and jumped down from her bed, followed by Jacob, and grabbed a pair of shoes and a jacket. They both went downstairs after Charlie. Destinee got in the police car with him and Jacob got in with his dad. The two adults drove their cars up to Jacob's home. Jacob gave his dad the fishing gear, which he retrieved from inside the house and walked over to Destinee while Charlie got onto the pickup's passenger seat.
"Were taking a walk to the beach", Jacob said.
"Okay, have fun but behave and be back in three hours", Charlie responded.
"Yes Chief", Jacob replied playfully.
The both teenagers watched the pickup driving off and vanishing, before they walked side by side to the La Push beach.
