In honor of 7K reads, I decided to post another little chapter with a small tip that can improve your life!
This is something that I haven't started using, but I read and thought it was interesting. I wanted to share it with you guys, especially for those of you who get stressed as easily as I do.
The tip is to schedule worrying in your day to day life.
This sounds stupid and pointless, I know but listen.
So many times, I find myself paralyzed with fear of the unknown. A test, a new teacher, a date or homework, all these things can add up. I either end up procrastinating on my work or I can't sleep at night because I keep thinking about all these things.
Here's how this tip comes to the rescue. When you are trying to study, but can't because of the thoughts in your head, stop for a moment. Take those thoughts and push them in the back of your head. Then open your calendar and write. From 8 to 8:15, I am going to worry and overthink.
This works especially well if you schedule it in between other things. Avoid scheduling worrying at the end of your day, before you sleep or before a huge studying session because you mind end up overthinking for hours on end. Try to worry in between activities like, in the five minutes after the gym and before a lesson or during a car ride before going home to eat.
Just be careful to stick to the time limit. Once the time is up, worrying stops.
This is supposed to save you from procrastinating and help you free your mind from worrying and spending time over analyzing your problems and not actually work to solve them.
Try it and let me know if it works for you!

Thank you so much for all the lovely reads and comments as well as for adding my book to all your lists. I see all of your support, although I don't have time to respond to nearly as much as I would like. I hope you guys don't mind but school has been kicking my ass and your girl has some goals to work on.
Let me know what you want me to talk about next!
Don't forget to vote, comment and add the book to your list. It really makes my day to see your support!
Hugs and Kisses,
J.
