They hid it under Misty's clothes XD
In the scene where Lana, Misty, and the other girls are searching for Popplio, a Gyarados appears and startles all of them but Lana who stayed, Lana then dives into the water after taking off her clothes, revealing her swimsuit we're use to seeing her in.
Misty, after stopping herself from running away with the other girls to join Lana, pulling her shirt up over her head, showing that she was wearing a bikini.
The funny thing about this bikini, however, was that it strongly resembles her Gym Leader outfit from the primally original Generation I games, Pokémon Red Version, Pokémon Blue Version, and Pokémon Yellow Version.
The Pokémon Company loves doing this to us, don't they? XD
We also learn that the Squirtle Squad reside in Pallet Town.
So we could only guess that they are like the town's fire fighters
They seriously could've added Tracey in this episode
