Day 2 Of Grayson Week: Tuesday

"Alright gray, I'm off to work." I said grabbing my keys from the coffee table. I got the door, swinging back around to my loving husband.

Me and Grayson have been married for three years now and just had our first newborn Connor. He's 7 months old now, which makes me think Grayson is ready to stay at home with him. Without my help. But I was starting to doubt my decision.

"You sure you two are going to be okay? I can call off work." I said.

"I wouldn't want you to cancel off work just to help me with something I should know by now. We'll be fine." Grayson said holding Luke in his arms.

"Alrighty then. Be back at 5." I kissed Luke's forehead first, then Grayson's lips.

"Bye my loves!" I said opening the door.

"We'll miss you! I love you! We both love you!" Grayson said. I smiled, blowing them both a kiss.

But before I closed the door, I heard Connor cry. Oh god, do I turn back or-

The crying stopped. Grayson has this under control, I'm sure of it.

Grayson's P.O.V.
Connor cried more, especially after those two seconds of silence. It was like whenever y/n left, he felt like she abandoned him. Doesn't he know I'm his father? Grayson thought in his mind.

"It's ok Connor. Hush baby." Grayson whispered. But his screams were more beastly. The phone rang, which made Luke scream even louder.

Grayson shuffled to the kitchen, grabbing the phone and answering.

Grayson: Hello?!
Ethan: Grayson!
Grayson: What do you want Ethan? I'm kind of busy handling baby stuff.
Ethan: Oo, rough job. I was just gonna ask if you wanted to come over and play video games and eat pizza with me and Jake. Jake just got a new X-Box.
Grayson: I wish but, I literally just said what I'm doing.
Ethan: How hard can baby duty be?
Grayson: You know what. Why don't you and Jake come over, and experiment for yourself.
Ethan: Sure then. See you in 5. Actually we're here, we were kind of passing by just to get you. In case you were interested in coming!
Grayson: Whatever. I'm hanging up.

Grayson put the phone down, Connor screaming more.

"Shhh Connor. Don't worry, I'll think of something." The door bell rang, which made Luke cry even more.

"GOD DANG IT!" Grayson yelled. He quickly went to the door, holding Luke tight and patting his back.

When Ethan was about to speak, he was interrupted by Connors cry.

"Wow, okay now I see the struggle." Ethan said.

"Help please!" Grayson pleaded jumping up a little with Connor.

"Uhhh Jake?! Got anything?!" Ethan asked.

"I mean, being around Tatum and Oakley, I think I've picked up a few things." Jake said.
