"It's like they're in the honeymoon stage."

I rolled my eyes at the whispers going on in front of us by Timothy and Tucker.Apparently, Carter and I affection towards each other today made us seem like a married couple.In reality I was just happy to get the fights behind us, and happy that we were taking a step forward in our relationship today.

I was meeting the parents in less than twenty minutes from now, and I would say I'm pretty much pissing my pants from the nervousness.

"Are you sure your family dosen't mind that I'm pulling you away on a holiday to introduce you to my family?" Carter asked nervously, as he twirled my hair with his finger.

"They don't mind." I lied.Every single Dasher, except four, are coming over today, and I wouldn't be there to greet them.Kyden was pretty much ready to slice my neck when I informed him that my "friends" were having a small get together.

He told me that if I wasn't home before six, two hours before Zach comes back, that he was going to murder me.Zachary prohibited for any of us to leave the house today, he wanted all of us to be there for him to tell us or show us big news.It was probably something to do with the company.But, whatever it is,it had everyone in the house on edge even Weston.

"We're here." Tucker spoke, suddenly snapping me out my thoughts.

I looked out the window to meet a beautiful brick house.It was picture perfect.White fence, Bright green grass, and a tall standing home.The house had a double door garage, where many cars were parked at, the shutters shined brightly with their orange and it truly was a breath taking house.

"Go on in.Tell mom I'll be there in a few." Carter told Tucker and Timmy, who both nodded while leaving us alone in the backseat.

I looked at Carter, and that's when I noticed his sudden nervousness.He's hair was in a quiff style, he wore a white polo shirt to match my blue dress that made us look presentable.

"It's going to be alright, I'm here." I spoke softly, feeling like he need the reassuring and that's exactly what he needed.Carter pressed a lingering kiss to my lips and helped me out the car.

My hair was straighten, all of it put to my right side.I wore a blue dress that comes up to my knees, Carter bought this for me and I adored it.It was silk, a bit tight, but appropriate.

I clung the apple pie that I made tightly to my stomach, as the nerves rose the closer we got to the door.I was happy to do this, I was happy when Carter asked me yesterday during our phone call to meet his family. Somehow I just imagined Carter meeting Zachary,and my family as well.But, then I snapped back in to reality to only realize Zachary will never allow it.

Carter twisted the doorknob with one hand, while the other one was making small circles on my waist.And all the laughter and chatter became louder, when Carter and I stepped foot in to the warm home full of people.

The smell of food and cinnamon attacked my nostrils.The house was full of pictures, a few people who were laughing and,beautiful furniture.I stared at the beautiful interior of the house, when all of a sudden I felt Carter being tugged away from me.

"My baby is here!" A women exclaimed, pulling Carter down to her height to hug him.I smiled, at how Carter seemed surprised at first until he hugged back for a moment.
