Kip dove into the water, feeling his gills come out and take in the water. He allowed him to hover in the water as his eyes became used to the surrounding. He heard a muffled splash and saw Kermit by him, skin changing to become more green and gills grow. Kermit stuck out his long tongue and began to swim down.

He followed after his friend, feeling his webbed fingers push the water past. The two made it to a cave entrance, going inside and breaking the water surface. Kip took in the air, coughing up water. The transformation was painful, but worth it.

"For a fish you're slow in the water!" Kermit chirped as he got out of the water and onto the cave floor. Kip splashed him and got out as well, shaking his hair out.

"I'm not a fish!!!"
