So the Youtubers were born with tattoos that no one else knows, they always cover them up so the fans wouldn't notice. The tattoos would glow when their soul mates are near but only when the tattoos match by the law with the chosen ones with the wolf tattoo. But what happen when that glow when their different anyway.....it's impossible
