Chapter 75 ~ The Revival Of The Beasts

(A/N: Sorry for the late update guys, my birthday just passed so I was preoccupied. Extra long chapter for you guys, happy 75th Chapter!)

Hiruzen charged at his student with an unforgiving battle cry, boa staff at the ready as Orochimaru leapt forward, his 'Kusanagi' blade at the ready, eyes sharp. Student and master clashed, sparks flying as both pulsed chakra through their arms.

Orochimaru soon overpowered the older man, smirk curling up on his snake-like features as his former Sensei let out a grunt of frustration, the Kusanagi pushing him back. Hiruzen leapt back, his boa staff positioned in one hand as the other began forming hand signs at rapid speed, eyes blazing.

"Earth Release: Earth Dragon Bullet!"

Mud swarmed beneath them, rising up and morphing into a grand mud-based dragon, with nostrils flaring and mouth wide it began spiting out high speeding balls of flaming mud, aimed towards the Snake-Sanin.

Orochimaru danced his way around the attack, ducking, twisting, leaping, preforming all kinds of movements in an attempt to evade the S-Class Technique. Eventually the dragon ceased, deforming into a wave of raging mud that came crashing down on the Sanin, who found himself caught up in the attack.

Hiruzen wasted no time, hands shifting into new signs as Orochimaru recovered himself, preforming his own signs as he muttered the single words that ceased all of Hiruzen's movements, eyes wide in horror.

"Summoning Technique: Reanimation!"

Rieka stood atop the walls of Konoha, eyes wide as she surveyed the carnage Konoha was currently undergoing. Three gigantic snow-white snakes rampaged their way through the village, no doubt killing hundreds in their path.

She instantly recognised the monstrous summonings.

'Orochimaru!'

Rieka's eyes narrowed with something unrecognisable even to herself, she watched as the One Tailed Demon engaged in a fierce battle with what appeared to be one of Jiraiya's summonings. With hands shifting into a few hands signs and range expanded, Rieka soon discovered it was not Jiraiya but rather the last person anyone would expect.

Uzumaki Naruto, Jinchuuriki of the Kyuubi.

Rieka ignored the twinge in her chest and evaluated the other chakra signature, it seemed that a alliance between Otogakure and Sunagakure led by Orochimaru had attacked Konoha. Jiraiya was beside Ibiki and other Jonin battling Orochimaru's summonings while Orochimaru himself was locked in a heated battle against Hiruzen.

The two Jinchuuriki were locked in their own heated battle, and with no sign of Itachi or Kisame it seemed they had yet to arrive.

So Rieka sat, and waited, watching with blank eyes as Konoha fell to its knees.

"S--Sensei!?" 

Hiruzen cried out in outrage, anger boiling up inside of him. 

"How dare you Orochimaru!" He snapped. "To dishonour them so... It is disgraceful!"

Orochimaru merely chuckled, eyes glinting. "There is no such thing as honour, surely you know this Sensei?"

Hiruzen said nothing, growling lowly as the three Shinobi fluttered to life, eyes slim and calculating. 

"Is that you Saru?" Tobirama muttered, his vision hazy and his mind distraught.

"Sensei..." Hiruzen muttered, a mixture of happiness and shame to see his sensei again in such a way.

"Hiruzen? Boy you got old!" Hashirama remarked, grin wide and completely oblivious to the situation.
