Warning: This was might be a bit more intense as I was trying to go for a moment that is scarier than my usual.

Rose's heart felt like it was going to beat out of her chest as she ran with John and Ellie towards the hospital wing. Tapestries and people barely registered in her vision as they blurred passed everything. Whatever coffee someone had given Ellie had turned her into a cheetah as she raced ahead. Bumping into others as she went, Rose called out apologies as she tried to keep up. Having the hospital wing so far away from their rooms made her wish that she could teleport around the estate easier. But most of the building had protection on it for Portals, save for a few rooms. As the open doors to the wing appeared, the trio slowed down to avoid making too much of a scene coming in.

Merlin and a few other Warlocks stood around the bed, chanting quietly as Kol came up to Mordred's side. In his hands was a small clay bowl, the fragrant potion steaming as he brought it to the man's parted lips.

As Ellie went to her twin's side to assist, Rose felt a hand wrap delicately around her wrist. The rest of the team came in behind them as the group of Warlocks stepped away from the unconscious man. Theo pulled her along, finding a place amongst the team around the bed as they waited for Mordred to open his eyes.

His breathing became shallow as he slowly awoke from his forced slumber. While she felt a small amount of relief, a tightening gripped her, making her hold in her breath as she watched. Mordred had said someone else was the true traitor of The Order. Her gut said it had to be someone in their group. It just had to be. And the only person who may know their identity was finally waking up.

Kenna knelt near the one side as Merlin took up the other near the head of the bed. As Mordred's eyelids floated open, he rasped as he pulled in hard breaths. His head fell to the one side to give Kenna a weak smile. Her heart went out to her friend as Kenna's hand lifted from her side to clasp Mordred's. A tense silence grew as the moments passed slowly.

"Mordred." Merlin spoke as if he was talking to an old friend. The former Sleeping Beauty rolled his head to face his, hopefully former, foe's. "How are you feeling?"

"Like shit. I could use a few days sleep," he voice grated. Kenna let out a quick snicker before her hand flew over her mouth. Mordred smiled for a moment before a dark look settled on his face. "I'm guessing this isn't just a social visit."

"Do you feel up to telling us who it is?" her father questioned.

With each passing second, as Mordred looked at each member of the group, Rose's heart rate seemed to increase like this was some sick game show. She had a death grip on Theo's hand, whose own held onto her's with equal ferocity.

As Mordred's gaze went back around the group, it darkened as it passed each new person. It was as if Mordred was trying to figure out who was traitor like the rest of them had been since he had dropped to the floor of his cell. When he finally landed on someone, he let out a shaky breath as he murmured, "Traitor."

Everyone's eyes followed Mordred's. Rose had stopped breathing as she realized where he was looking. Mordred had called Theo the traitor.

"Well." Theo stared down the man in the bed with a dark smirk. "Looks like the cat's out of the bag." As she tried to pull away, his grip held onto her like a boa constrictor's. He took a few steps back, bringing her along as a familiar feeling of teleporting came over her. The look of fear, horror, and betrayal washed over the faces of her family and team before the view of the hospital wing was gone.

..............................

Stumbling as they landed, Rose grasped onto the back of Theo's couch. The click of the door locking sent her mind into overload as she tried to regain her stability. He then grabbed roughly at her arm and put on a similar leather cuff that The Destroyers had. Only this time she felt the constriction of her magic in her body. She tried in vain to close her eyes and teleport, attempting to get away from this. From him. He let out a low, dark laugh. "You really think that is going to work?"
