Chapter 2:

School has been going by pretty fast lately; so fast I can't even remember anything. I was on the field practicing for our first game when Jackson came flying at me. He ran into me and landed on top of me.

"Sorry about that uh, Connor. I didn't see you there," He smiled and I could feel something hard against my thigh, I was secretly praying it was a ball or something.

"You were looking right at me," I frowned.

"Hey! Get off my boyfriend!" A ginger came running over.

"He is on me!" Jackson climbed off of me and smiled. I stood up and brushed my hands off on my shorts.

"Stay away from my boyfriend or I will end you," the red head threatned me.

"I am not interested in him! He is an ass and he better stay away from me," I growled. I saw a brunette with walking with Scott over to us.

"Hey Lydia!" The girl said when she reached us.

"Hey Allison." the girl, Lydia, said.

"Oh Allison, this is my sister, Connor. Connor this is Allison." My brother smiled and I could tell that he was crazy about the girl. I shook her hand and smiled.

        "Nice to meet you."

"Scott talks about you all the time," she said.

"So why was Lydia glaring at you, Connor?" Scott asked me when Lydia, Allison and Jackson walked away.

"Jackson ran right into me and landed on top of me."

        "I'm gonna kill him!"

"With what? Scott, leave it be. I'm a big girl I can handle this on my own."

        "I'm just trying to help."

"Trying to make up for abandoning me this week? Eversince the night in the woods you've been to busy with Stiles or Allison! Leave me alone, okay?!" I ran into the locker room and showered then put on my normal clothes.

I grabbed my book bag and started to walk home when I saw the familiar sign that Stiles had parked in front of the night we went into the woods. I made a sharp turn and started walking in the woods with tears blurring my vision. I was walking pretty fast when I ran into a man with a shovel. I flew backwards and he caught me before I hit the ground.

"Woah there!" He said smiling and I immediately recognized him; Derek Hale. I looked down and saw the same body I saw that one night. He saw me trying to scream and he placed a hand over my mouth.

"Please don't scream. I swear I didn't kill her. Will you let me explain?" I thought for a moment and nodded. He removed his hand from my mouth and I sighed.

"She was my sister. She came here to investigate something and when she didn't return I came back to Beacon Hills and I found out that she was murdered."

"So why wouldn't you tell the police then? So they can find her killer?"

"No one can find her killer except for me."

        "How do you know?"

"I I can't tell you that part. So why are you crying?"

"Huh? Oh, well I am just having a rough day."

"Uh huh, tell me the truth."
