I think the most obvious part of his change is his double eyelid surgery since his creases are much deeper and his eyes are bigger and rounder.
I think it's also safe to say he's had a nose job since his nostrils have become considerably small and his tip is upturned.
but aside from this, Sehun is a great dancer for EXO and surgery or not is still the same boy who says yehet in my eyes. :)
