what he may have gotten: -nose job -facial reshaping?
personally I really like Dean but I was always curious as to how his nose seemed so perfect until it dawned on me that it might just not be natural.

his nose was definitely more blunt tipped and round, but after debut became slim and pointed. I also read somewhere that his fellow trainees at his company said he totally had surgery so idk.
(imo I think his original nose made him look cuter but his new nose makes him look hotter lmao)
some people say Dean also had double eyelid surgery or jaw surgery but I don't really see it tbh, so I'll leave that for you to speculate.
