This one was a tough one...I've seen both of the shows, and I liked both teams...However, I have to go with...Teen Titans... Even though the Young Justice group has an extra member, the Teen Titans are more powerful. Robin on Teen Titans probably has a way to take down the Flash and Superman...So taking down Kid Flash and Superboy wouldn't be a problem. And if you think vice versa, for the Robin on the Young Justice...Than you are wrong... Cyborg has control over futuristic technology, making it tough for the other Robin to take him down. Also Beastboy can change into ANY animal, making him unpredictable.
With Kid Flash, Robin and Superboy out of the way, the team lost their power houses. Miss Martian would be taken down by Raven EASILY. Raven's magic is very powerful. As for Aqualad, Starfire might be able to take him down. It would be tough, but she would have help from whoever is done fighting (for example, Raven beats Miss Martian, so she helps Starfire). And if you don't agree that Cyborg can take down Robin (YJ)...Than Robin (TT) can take that Robin (YJ) down...

Overall I think both teams are great and powerful, but the Teen Titans are more unpredictable, so I think they are stronger. Plus they have defeated stronger villains than the Young Justice Team.
