Thor vs. Superman is a very common debate of superheroes. I think this was an easy one. I think Superman would win. He has taken down bigger and stronger people than Thor. Some people debate about this, but I think it would be an easy win for Superman.
However tho... Superman only has a few weaknesses. Kryptonite, magic, and occasionally physical strength (like doomsday)... And technically, Thor's mjolnir is magic... So...
