Chapter 30

"Well getting back to something actually important..." they both looked over at Sam who was still wet. Danny walked over to her and made her intangible. Ounce dry Sam nodded in thanks "As I was saying... what are we supposed to do with them until the speeder is finished?"

Danny and Ember looked at each other and just smirked. "BATTLE OF THE BANDS!!!" they both screamed in unison. Danny smirked "I'm gonna borrow Danny's guitar!"

"I'm gonna go get mine!" Ember and Danny both ran off to their own rooms.

Dora walked into the room with a look of fear on her face "Did they just say what I think they said." Sam nodded in fear. Dora drew a cross on her chest with her hand "Lord have mercy."

Ember was the first to come down the stairs. She strummed a loud chord on her guitar while everyone in the room held their ears.

Sam sighed "Here we go again..." she motioned for the rest of the class to sit back down with her and Dora.

Tucker was just giddy as Danny came down the stairs with his guitar strapped to his back. "This is going to be good." The each took their place on a make shift stage. "All right here are the rules!" Tucker said in an announcer voice "I'm going to say the first band and you each have to pick a different song that band has preformed. There will be five rounds the winner of each round will get to pick the next band and song first. I'll flip a coin to see who goes first in round one. Danny heads or tails?"

"Tails." He answered.

Tucker flipped the coin and caught it in his hand. "Sorry heads."

Ember smirked "Your going down nerd."

"Sam and Dora are going to be today's judges..." Tucker started.

"WHAT?!" they both yelled. "No way did we sign up for this!" Sam protested.

Danny looked over at her pitifully "Please Sam? For me?" he asked meekly giving her the puppy dogs eyes he knew she couldn't resist.

Sam grumbled "Fine... for you..." she muttered the last part.

Tucker and Ember shared a knowing glance 'Love birds' they each mouthed. Tucker coughed well now that that's over with let's start! Ok the first band is... QUEEN!!!" the class cheered at the choice. This was going to be fun...

Ember smirked "You're going down Sparky..." she then walked out into the middle of the stage. A.K.A. – sitting room. She strummed a chord on the guitar turned to Danny. As she sang each lyric she got closer and closer until she was right in his face.
