I went into an early labor.Everyone rushed down to London to be our side.To be honest I'm afraid,none of this happen when I was pregnant with Mina.Everything went as planned &I wasn't in labor for long. I've tried pushing for about 20 minutes didn't work,so they're preparing me for a Caesarean.

"You alright babe?"Esme asked I shook my head no."I don't want anything to go wrong.

"Hey,don't think that way.Everything will be fine our second daughter will be here soon.."Zayn said,I sat on the edge of the bed so he hugged me."Promise?"
"I promise babe."

"Miss Mora,are you ready?"My nurse asked me,I wish that was a trick question."Yes,will Zayn be there?"

"Yes."Everyone hugged me before I left.Amina is with Yaser & Saf,I don't want her in the hospital way too many sick people.

They bought me into the room where they will cut out my baby,sound harsh but no other way to put it.

"Stop thinking so much."I looked straight up to see Zayn in this gown & hat."I can't help it."

"Yes you can."Zayn say down,leaning into kissing my cheek."Soon I'll be a dad to another beautiful baby girl & come next June you will be my wife."

"Bless you & your dad with all the estrogen you guys have to deal with."Zayn laughed into my ear."We wouldn't trade it for the world.Makes is who we are today-"

"Sorry,were going to put the curtain up so you don't see anything."My nurse said."Perfectly fine with me,thank you."

"Alright,they're going to start."I nodded,I felt pressure but no pain."I really want nandos."I said to Zayn,who laughed at me.

"When we leave ill get you nandos babe-"We heard our baby girl crying.Zayn stood up."5 pnds 9 oz,dad want to cut the umbilical cord."

"Yeah."Zayn cried,I haven't seen him cry since his aunts funeral.They took her to get cleaned up."Babe,she has Safi eyes."

I smiled,none of my kids look like me.Zayn brought Navi to me,he held for me to kiss her."She's gorgeous."

"They said everything went perfect."

"Okay."they sewed me up & I honestly don't know which is worst getting staples in your stomach or pushing out a baby.I want to cry myself.

After I was sealed & stapled back up,they pushed me back to my room."How are you?"Keev asked."Tired & in pain,they should be bring her in soon."
