Epilogue

Third Person Point of View

After the battle Ryo was taken away from Yuka despite her protests and put in the hospital.

Because of the extent of her injuries she was deemed a 'lost cause' and most doctors refused to try to save her.

But Kita and Yuka refused to give up.

Between the two of them, they were able to gather enough information to save Ryo but there was one thing missing.

They needed a Sorcerer.

Toby, was too young to understand the full extent of what was needed of him, but he knew that Ryo needed his help, and that was enough.

Because Toby's powers were not fully awakened, he couldn't heal all of Ryo, leaving her with a limp and a terrible pain in her stomach that required her to take medicine often. 

But both Ryo and Yuka were just thankful that they weren't separated.

Not long after, Yuka went into labor. Giving birth to two beautiful children. A daughter, named Alice Elizabeth Kuron, and a son, named Alexander Suon Kuron.

Alice, looked like Ryo, or technically her father, but they refused to think of it that way.

Alex, looked like his mother.

But their personalities were different from that of their parents.

Alice, was headstrong and determined. She always acted before she thought about the situation, her mouth tending to run away on her.

Alex, was soft spoken and kind. He always thought everything through and didn't speak much, but when he did, people listened.

After everything calmed down, Yuka and Ryo were able to live in peace in the castle for many years.

But then everything went down hill when Toby's powers fully awakened.

Because Toby didn't grow up with his real mother, he couldn't control his powers and would accidentally hurt those around him.

People began to call him a monster and his parents disgusting for protecting him.

At first, only Alice could calm him down, but then he hurt her too.

Unable to control or forgive himself, he ran away, unaware of what he left his family to deal with.

One: Alice, was dying. The same disease that affected Suon affected her as well, and was progressing much quicker than his had.

Two: A group of rebels were trying to overthrow his parents. Saying that they shouldn't be allowed to rule because of their preferences.

Three: They needed his support. For years, Toby was what held them all together. Their glue. But now they're falling apart.

What will happen to them?

Will everything turn out alright?

Or will everything burn to the ground?
