"Are you alright?" Jae-ha asked. When we were falling, he caught me in mid air. We landed on the ground with me on top of him.
"Yea, what about you? Are you hurt?" I quickly got up.
"No...anyway, where are we?" He sat up.
I looked around. This place was dark. The only source of light were small, glowing crystals on the walls. "I think it is a cave." I said. "And it seems we're stuck here." I glanced at the exit.
Jae-ha tried to move the stones which buried us, but there were to many of them. Now that I think, it happened before. It was when we met Shin-ah. That time we weren't able to move the stones, either.
Jae-ha kicked the stones for the last time and sighed. "We have no choice than to look for another way." He said with an angry voice. I put a hand on his shoulder to calm him down. He apologized for losing his temper. We entered a tunnel together.
We walked through the tunnel for about five minutes. The crystals were changing their colors from blue to purple and then to green. If the situation we were in was different, I would enjoy the walk. That is not something you see often.
We walked in silence, but there was a weird tension in the air.
"U-um." I started...And that was everything I managed to say. Jae-ha looked at me. Great, now I have his full attention, but have nothing to speak about. I glanced around. There was a different light before us. "I think, I can see the exit." I ran ahead, not waiting for him.
"Be careful! You don't know what's at the end of..." The Green Dragon shouted.
[Jae-ha's pov]
Rei dissapeared from my eyes. I heard a scream and ran in her direction. I stopped before a small cliff. My heart skipped a beat. I wanted to scream, but I heard a splash. Water?
There was a small lake at the bottom of the cliff. I took off my robe and boots and jumped. I grabbed Rei by her waist and pulled her out of the water. "Don't scare me like that! I told you to be careful!"
"I-I'm sorry." She shivered and hung her head. A feeling of guilt came over me.
"No...I should apologize. I shouldn't be screaming at you, Rei dear." She nodded. "Wait here, I will be right back."
I got my robe and boots back and landed next to her. She glanced at me and got up. "Are you alright?" I asked.
"Just cold. We should make a fire. There is wood." She responded.
I looked in the direction she was pointing. There were trees and bushes. Amazing. Just like an underground forest. I broke the smaller branches and started a fire. I glanced at Rei. She was shivering the whole time. "You should take off these wet clothes. You'll catch a cold."
"What?!" She blushed. "Me, sitting here naked? With you? No way!" She crossed her hands. Why does she have to be so stubborn.
I sighed. "You won't be naked. You will be wearing my robe."
"Oh...Wait. What about you?" She asked.
"Are you worried about me, Rei dear?" I smiled at her. She growled in response. I laughed. "I'm used to cold. Now, put it on." She took the robe from my hands and dissapeared behind a large tree.
"Don't you dare look, droopy eyed pervert." She shouted and I lauged again. "I really meant it!"
"Don't worry. I' will look for the exit."
