MARI'S POV XXXXXXXXXXXXXX

I was racing through the forest now the tree's and wild life a blur as i sped after my prey that was just ahead i could sense her fear and  terror then my target that was on the run with two legs suddenly lept into the air landing on all fours and was then covered in brown fur, hearing a loud howl she was alot quicker in this form and was now able to run faster so i decided to even the playing field abit, feeling my beast waiting i burst out into my wolf sleek fur erupted all over i pounced onto the ground landing on all fours, growling threateningly and hearing a whimper coming from just ahead i smiled to myself and my  wolf anticipated the kill, this bitch was going down i lept onto her back when I got within striking distance of her, hitting her hard we both hit the floor in a tangle of fur quickly getting above her i bit  into her neck and snarled loudly.

The wolf below me started to struggle wildly but soon realised she was going nowhere she surrendered going limp with submission, my wolf was bigger and stronger then hers and she knew it, i could hear through my mind link with the pack  that they were getting closer as they searched for us, letting out a howl for my pack to find us quicker i knew kade was gonna pitch a fit at me for going off by myself but i really just couldn't let her get away she was the reason our Luna was hurt and had nearly died the attacks on our wolfs so many injured it was all her she'd been relaying information back to Angelo and his rogues.

i sat and waited knowing any second Kade and the rest of them would come bursting through the tree's we had run a fair bit away from the fight that had broke out, kade had lept on Angelo immediately  pinning him to the ground the other wolfs with him had shifted and tried to attack but they were surrounded and greatly out numbered it was over in seconds, our guards restraining there rogues, and Angelo was no match for kade it was then that i saw Loretta sleek away in the ruckus's that was happening all around us.

My eyes narrowing as i saw her disappear into the forest, yeah right like i was going to allow that and so that was how i found myself chasing the traitorous bitch through the forest until i caught her, 

Feeling little tingles racing up my spine i stayed alert for any possible threat the forest about stayed the same and was quiet in fact it was too quiet, looking around i had the feeling as though i had eyes on me watching waiting .....

I let out a sigh of relief as the familiar sound of paws thundered along the ground coming towards me the scent of my mate getting stronger as he got closer along with the loud sound of the tree's and leafs rustling kades large black wolf burst out of the undergrowth coming to a stop in-front of me his breathing was heavy and was coming out fast his tongue was hanging out and his eyes were wide with worry, i whimpered as he brushed his large head against mine rubbing his large frame against my side to reassure himself that i was not hurt, he stood protectively infront of me.Then i could hear his pissed of voice in my head as he opened the mind link i cringed slightly at what i knew was to come.

" I'l talk to you later mari" he growled out with surpressed fury  oh fuck i was so going to get it later looking apollagetic at my mate.

I watched as he shifted back to his human form marching forward's towards loretta who was still cowering under me jumping of her i trotted around kade as he leaned in grabbing her by the neck snarling       "shift " her whimpering only increased in volume at his close proximity her wolf faded away leaving a very naked Loretta who was now lying on the ground with my mate hovering over her menacingly there was totally nothing sexual going on here in fact kade looked as though he wanted to tear her throat out but still my wolf was not liking and strongly objecting to there closeness, feeling antsy i started pacing my wolf letting out snarls 

"should i shift kade"     i asked him 

"no or i'l kill anyone that looks at your naked body "he snarled back
