Sana

Sana is another Japanese member of the group coming from Osaka.

Sana's position in the group is of a vocalist as well as the lead dancer in the group. Her specialty is calligraphy while she has appeared in the music videos of GOT7's "A" and Junho's "Feel".

The girl became interested in the South Korean Entertainment business noticing the success of her two favorite Korean groups.

She was lucky to get auditioned by JYP Entertainment while still at her middle school.

Sana was spotted while shopping with her friends in a mall, and she entered JYP auditions; she started singing because her mother loves music, and because her grandmother loved to watch a karaoke show with her.

Then, Sana got accepted and got through in auditions, becoming an integral part of TWICE.

Sana is the crazy shopping addict, who can't go a day without buying a piece of clothing, such as a skirt or a jacket.

However, she is also very well educated and has interest in old trades, such as Japanese calligraphy, which she's great at.

On Sana's birthday in 2015, the members of Twice were presented with quite expensive gifts by one of their fans. The fan spent about $900 per each present.
