Ameerah strained her neck to the other side of the crowd. People hugged their loved ones, children ran over to their parents and business people greated their potential clients and partners. Of all these individuals she didn't see the one person she came here for. She looked at the entrance and people piled in the building.

A pair of blue eyes met hers and she analyzed the person before making her way towards the said person.

"Sabrina." Ameerah called excitedly at her only friend back in UK.

"Ameerah. Salamu 3aleikum, I missed you." Sabrina declared as she hugged Ameerah.

"Me too. It's been almost two months. How are you?" Ameerah inquired.

"Alhamdhulilah, am doing great. What about you?" Sabrina asked as they made their way out of the airport.

"Fine."

"Really? No nervous wreck? Or cold feet?" Sabrina asked teasingly.

"Why should I.... No." Ameerah blushed deeply as she realized her companion's words.

"I still can't believe you are getting married soon." Sabrina said excitedly as the driver helped them put Sabrina's luggages into the car.

"Me too." Ameerah mumbled.

"So, how's aunt Fatimah and the family? Am excited to finally meet your family." Sabrina stated.

"They are doing great, Alhamdhullilah. Hayat and Alia are excited to meet you too." Ameerah told her.

"Tell me about the wedding schedule. I've never been to an Islamic wedding leave alone an Arab one. Can't wait to be apart of it." Sabrina kept of fidgeting on her seat excitedly.

"You sound like a little girl. Aunt Khadija, that is Yasser's mother, wants the whole wedding to be traditional. You just missed the engagement which included the Zehbah. There is not much you missed." Ameerah told her.

"Hmm, so the name Yasser. Cute name, don't you think?" Sabrina watched as her best friend blushed. "Am really glad you are moving on."

Ameerah was taken back by the serious tone of her friend. "Me too."

"Since am one of your bridesmaids, do we have like dress fittings, cake tastings and those stuffs?" Sabrina asked.

Sabrina is an English convert and didn't know much about Islam since she had been in their religion for almost two years. When a broken Ameerah became her housemate, she was a depressed girl, suffering from bipolar issues. Sabrina's parents had recently died of a car crush and the only family she had was her older brother. After being ghost housemates for about two years, Sabrina had asked about Ameerah's religion. Ameerah was more than happy to teach her. They bonded and became friends and after three months, Sabrina was ready to convert. That was the last time she was depressed and had bipolar disorders. The two girls became sisters in Islam.

"Yeah, we are getting dresses from this great bridal shop called Bridal Arabia Boutique in Abu Dhabi. And as for food and cakes we just order the hotels to make and pay them later. Although there is going to be alot of family gatherings but no interactions from both sides. That is another culture thing I don't understand." Ameerah explained. "Alia booked an appointment this Thursday for the dresses."
