They say heartbreak is inevitable in love but Fareeha didn't believe in this phrase because she had a fairytale kinda love that had her gigling and kicking her feet in excitement everytime her lover's name popped up on her phone screen. In burning silence and endless desert, there is some movement upon the horizon. Moving shapes, appearing and disappearing in the shimmering light. It is a lonely caravan of three, slowly making their way along the dunes, sand crunching under their soles and the sun flaming above their heads. Preface. Sometimes. It happens. It is like a kite; rather than seeing it snap, when I know that the kite is going to fly away forever, I let go of the string. I just let it go. To stop myself from the blade. To make me believe, to convince myself. Everything will be alright. All will be well, and perfect in the end. And I close my eyes.

This is a compilation of a beautiful poem and when I learned this in class it touched me so much. I have typed out everything here in hopes that other people will benefit in sha allah. I'm aware that this maybe lost in the heaps of books that is on the website, but as a scholar once said: what is done for Allah, it remains. I pray that Allah accepts my efforts. Ameen. I had written these down on April 2017. Just publishing them here now. Share it so that others may benefit and you get a portion of that reward ❤️
