Chapter 37 - Goodbye

~Sandy POV~

I know you're probably very confused right now, So I'll clear it up for you. That night for SpongeBob fired the gun. Patrick had already had in his mindset what he was going to do. Patrick waited until just the right time to duck allowing the bullet to hit me straight in the face. Squidward, living one door down, heard the gunshot and quickly call the police. The police arrived along with an ambulance to carry my body away. SpongeBob got in his car followed the ambulance ,which had me in it, to the hospital. The doctors tried to revive me but there was no use, I was a goner. He felt so bad for what he had done. He cried over my deathbed for hours. Or at least until the police arrived realizing that he was the culprit. They quickly tooku him to jail. He had a trial and was found guilty. And was sentenced to life in prison. He just spends his days now rotting away. I hope that one day he'll meet me up in the heavens. As for Patrick, he got away for what he had done. Now he is in hiding, and fear of what the police might find.

And as for me. I spend my days walking along the lonely Conch road. Hoping that one day someone I love will join me in the shadows. If I can say one last thing to SpongeBob. It will be this...

Dear SpongeBob,

Even though this may be the last of our endeavors. We will still meet again the years of age. Everything that you will go through will pay off. And in the end it will all be all right. You will always be my spongy yellow goofball. I love you with all my heart. And I hope you spend the rest of your days loving me back. Never letting me go. Because I will always be there with you. I love you SpongeBob Squarepants.
