Piccolo's Promise

Piccolo makes a promise to Gohan that he will always protect him (Look at picture at the top). He made that promise because Gohan changed him from being to evil to an actually good guy. Gohan wriggled his way in the namekian's heart he made Piccolo care about someone other than himself and the saiyan made him have feelings. Gohan broke down Piccolo's cold wall and opened him up to the world and in return Piccolo taught him how to fight to defened himself. The mentor made his student the great fighter he was born to be without him Gohan would never have went to Namek and fought frieza more importantly he would have never beat Cell! and that's why I love their story because without each other they would be the amazing fighters they are today.
