A voice? It lingers in the back of my head.

It feels unknown to me. A presence I wasn't aware of for some time.

It speaks in a voice of familiarity; a voice of clarity.  Someone I should know, but don't.

The problem being is I don't know this voice. It appeared after years of living without it.

Was it dormant?

I don't know, and frankly I do not care. It just wont stop.

It's female I can tell that by the pitch and tone. It's almost as if it's a different person living in me all together.

It's eyes glow red lingering through my dreams. Teeth sharp and claw like nails that scrape through the edges of my mind.

Am I going insane?

Whatever this is, I can't get rid of it. It stays and haunts me forever more.

'I'm only what you make me.'

It repeats when I ask it's name.

I wish this was a nightmare, but there she is while I'm awake. Calling and teasing as if life wasn't hard enough.

I wish she would leave me, but she says that's no fun.

If only I could have a name or a face.

Maybe she's a demon?

Whatever she is, I wonder what her purpose is?

To make me miserable?
To drive me insane?

All I want in the end is clarity. Is that to much to ask? Really?

Though with all said and done only time will tell this tale.

Time that I wish not to be wasted. May all be with us. May the lord be my shepard...
