I have been on an adventure of a lifetime for the past four years that has seen me into the darkest recesses of the mind and heart of self.

"Know thyself."

To know myself I have traveled through pain of body, heart, and mind. Each time believing I had come to my limit of tolerance only to find I could yet tolerate more and more I endured. Pain becoming the measure of my existence from one breath to the next as the tears mingled with sweat and blood.

"Know thyself."

To know my minds chaos in a constant turmoil of random thoughts, what ifs, and aimless hindsight. A desperate battle to find the light, to end the pain. An endless plain of choices; measured, weighed, and never made.

"KNOW THYSELF."

To know my spirit is stronger than the sum of my parts. Stronger than my body that has failed me. Stronger than my mind that has deceived me. Stronger than the world that would see me die. It is Eternal. Ever learning, ever evolving, ever loving. It is the essence of who I am.
