I have suffered with severe depression and anxiety, for many years, and I know what it's like to loose those who are close to you. 



I've lost people because of my mental health, people who would tell me I'm 'attention seeking' or that 'I don't have anything to be sad about'.  It's not Healthy to be around those sort of people. They only damage you opinion on yourself. That can be fatal to those with mental health issues. 



Mental health isn't just a feeling, it's a chemical imbalance in the brain. IT IS AN ILLNESS, not a mood. You wouldn't tell someone with a broken leg they're 'attention seeking' or that they could just 'get over it'. See, Mental health issues can be as debilitating as a physical disability. 



Through this, I have met people much better for me. That love and care about me. I'm in a Healthier place.



I aim to help others escape from this hell. So I write.  



'Troubled' focuses heavily on mental health, and how it effects daily life. It is in no way real, just a story I created. I place trigger warnings, before the story and before anything trigger may occur, as I do not wish to negatively impact my readers.



I care for each and everyone of them, for their wellbeing and happiness.
