A very odd thing to do, especially to a mold that they seemed to unfortunately follow into the towns pre-existing labels of trouble-making. A story that follows Hector Brooks, a demigod, who struggles through discovering that the ancient Greek stories are very much alive and well in present times. Set in the 1970s, this story takes place in the world of Percy Jackson and will contain loads of OCs as I work throughout the story. All rights are ofcourse to Disney Hyperion and Rick Riordan.

(Takes place post ToA but is a different set of characters so will include very little to no major spoilers (except for Jason iykyk)) What happens when a human is raised among demigods? She's different than humans, yet she isn't quite like the demigods. What happens when a young girl is raised next to glory and fame, yet those are still treasures that seem out of reach for her? Growing up, Leyla Azar's memories are vague, she just remembers bitter cold, starvation, fear. Ever since she can remember, she has been fighting for her life alongside her brother, beating up hideous monsters. Then she remembers finding solace at a place called Camp Half Blood. She watched enthusiastically as her brother got claimed, all the more excited to get claimed herself. But time passed, and it was pretty clear that Leyla is one thing: very much and utterly a human. How will she navigate the world? What will she do when her brother gets sent on a deadly quest? How can she prove that she is just as capable as the other demigods? What happens when an extremely infuriating and -annoyingly cute- daughter of Hermes makes it her mission to acquaintance herself with Leyla? I hope to try and bring in characters that are generally missing in other fics, like Grover, Juniper, Frazel, Thalia, Reyna, Stoll brothers, etc. I will obviously have Percy and Annabeth, but only very little. They deserve a break, don't they? I am 100% open to comments and suggestions because I only have a very little idea of where I want this story to go, so I will take all ideas and suggestions to heart. Also many authors hate this, but I do love grammatical tips or pointing out errors if you so desire.
