This is a fan fiction based on the amaizing maze runner series by James Dashner. It is in the POV if Thomas had a sister Florence. It starts roughly around page 40 in book 3 after Thomas, Minho and Newt have refused to remove the swipe and are trapped in the room. When a quote is in "...." it means someone is talking aloud but when they are in '.....' it means someone is talking telepathically. They fought off Grievers, lived under surveillance, spent everyday being terrified of what lies beyond the stone walls, and yet, they haven't been through it all. The trials are NOT over. (Y/N), Newt, and the rest of the gang, have to make it through the Scorch. A place where zombie-like creatures roam the aftermath of the sun flares burning the earth. If they're going to make it through, there will have to be betrayal, pain, jealousy, trust, and true acts of companionship. And when (Y/N) meets an old friend with a new name, things may get even harder for Newt. Will the Gladers finally be free from WICKED's grasp, it will they become even more involved with them?

The fourth part of my AU where Groups A and B were never separate. The Gladers have escaped to 'paradise' but none of them believe WICKED is truly gone, and they might well be right.
