Jayden Black, the current High King, has no time for the civil war in Skyrim, thanks to him aiding the Inquisition. All of that changes when he receives a letter stating General Tullius plans to attack Windhelm. Now, Jayden and the rest of the Stormcloaks must leave their loved ones to defend their city. And with the aid of Jayden's cousin Janny, who is also Dragonborn, they should win the battle. Right? Only time will tell. What would happen if Dragonborn never arrived in Skyrim and Alduin didn't decide to attack Tamriel? Now days the biggest problem in Skyrim is a civil war between Stormcloaks and Imperium. Many civilians want this war to end, one wish Stormcloaks to win, other Imperium. But with arrival of a heir to the family of warriors everything can happen. The next alpha of the pack came back to Skyrim and wants to take his home back from Imperials. DISCLAIMER: I don't have rights to TES V: Skyrim or to any other reference I will make.

I, Evanna Ice-Blood, am an adventurer in Skyrim and was once a part of the Stormcloak army. On my travels throughout Skyrim and on my way through the Skyrim Rebellion, I found these letters. Secret letters. Between Ulfric Stormcloak, the true High King of Skyrim, and Legate Rikke, a Nord who betrayed her people to side with the bastard Empire and the elves. Ok, Skyrim's whole deal of dragons returning is old news. I mean, the game's as old as the concept of an Xbox (not really but you get my point.) So the whole "person-with-dragon-soul" thing is overused, but I digress. I got an idea for a story while playing Skyrim recently. I've been sitting on it for about a week, and I decided to just say F*** it and write it to AT LEAST get it out of my head. Might end up abandoning this one as well, but whatever. The Civil War in Skyrim ended 7 years ago. The Stormcloaks beat the Imperial Army fair and square ... Well, with a little help from the Dovahkiin. But now there is a new problem rising. The cities of Skyrim are turning poor as merchants stop coming, stopping the trade between them. Can Vivian - the Dragonborn - find out what is happening? [NaNoWriMo progress] Caught up in the turmoil of rebellion after nearly avoiding execution in Helgen, Aldria Wolf-Spear must search for her missing cousin and learn to fight to evade the Thalmor's assassins. Jarl Balgruuf's orders entangle her with the members of the Companions' Guild, including the grumpy-yet-handsome Vilkas. After all, who better to help slay the returned dragons scarring the land than a bunch of professional beast-slayers and brutes? She must prove that she can harness her startling new abilities and confront her fears to survive and, just maybe, end the terror of Alduin's return. Just don't make her venture down into a cave: she absolutely hates draugr. Story notes: I've taken a few small liberties in adjusting a handful of scenes, but they should follow the main quest line scenes fairly well. I'm writing this as more of an adventure/fantasy narrative, with a bit less focus on romance, but there will be a payoff to reading along the adventure. Also, doesn't everyone love how grumpy Vilkas is? Author note: This is my first time writing fan fiction, so please be kind. But I do like constructive criticism. I'm not new to writing, but I'm new to writing about an existing fantasy world.
