Manju has never believed in being chosen. She has learned to take up little space, to exist quietly, to be grateful for what doesn't ask too much of her. Her body, her presence-she has made peace with them in her own way. Then there is Raghav. Always respectful. Always distant. Always looking when he thinks she isn't aware. She doesn't know when his glances began to matter. Only that they do. And that the space between them feels filled with something fragile, something terrifying, something that might be love.

Two professors. One university. And a rivalry so intense it leaves the campus buzzing and them burning. "I hate that you make good points." "No, you hate that I make them before you." "You've been staring at me for five minutes." "No, I'm calculating how your brain managed to produce such arrogance." "Your handwriting is as chaotic as your reasoning." "And yet, somehow, both still win awards." Professor Lilian Rose is the golden standard. Calm, precise, impossibly brilliant. Her lectures soothe, her students excel. She commands respect without raising her voice. Professor Daisy Oliver? Sharp, unrelenting, lethal with a pen and a gaze. Her exams crush egos, her top scorers become legends, and she wears her reputation like a whip. But when they're alone... the rules dissolve. A library encounter. A mislaid paper. Fingers brushing over ink-stained notes. A flash of heat, of awareness, of want neither of them admits. Every snide remark, every playful jab, drips with tension thicker than any lecture hall. "I hate the way you make me think... and want." "You want it more than you admit." Glances linger. Hands almost touch. Every argument teeters between humiliation and something more intimate. A spark ignites, fierce and undeniable. Their rivalry is no longer about grades or prestige it's about control, surrender, and discovering just how far each is willing to push the other. Exams become excuses. Faculty meetings, battlefields of lust disguised as debate. And behind closed doors? They explore the friction, the heat, the unspoken fantasies that have haunted their every interaction. Brains, bodies, and boundaries collide. Pride fights desire, arrogance battles obsession, and when fire meets fire, only scorched skin and satisfied, secret smiles remain. The war of intellect has become a war of lust. And someone is going to win... or lose... entirely.

Everyone in the city knew Kabir Rathore. Not by his face- but by his name spoken in whispers. He controlled ports, money routes, men who didn't ask questions. He wasn't loud. He wasn't cruel for fun. His power came from silence-and from the fact that no one ever saw him lose control. Until Aanya. She wasn't part of his world. A simple girl-soft voice, cotton dupatta, eyes that still believed people were good. She worked in a small bookstore near the old market, unaware that the street she crossed every day belonged to him. One wrong night . One wrong place . She witnessed something she wasn't meant to. Kabir didn't threaten her. Didn't raise his voice. Didn't touch her. She lived in his house like a shadow- safe, watched, untouched. He never entered her room. Never asked questions. Never explained himself. But he made sure: No one scared her. No one raised a voice near her. No blood ever crossed her sight. At night, Aanya would hear gunshots far away. In the morning, Kabir would sit across from her at breakfast, sleeves rolled up, hands clean, eyes unreadable. "You're not afraid of me?" he asked once. She swallowed. "I am," she said honestly. "But I think you're afraid of yourself more." That was the first crack. Kabir had built his life on control. And she-without trying-was undoing it. He started coming home earlier. Violence made him restless instead of calm. Her presence felt dangerous... not because she was weak- -but because she was good. And good things didn't survive in his world. The city called him a monster. She saw a man who stood between her and darkness- even when he himself was the darkness.

Vivienne's life changes the moment she turns eighteen and the bond snaps into place-with someone she never expected. At first, it feels like fate. He's charming, attentive, everything a fated connection is supposed to be. But the longer she's with him, the more something feels... off. Subtle at first. Easy to dismiss. Until it isn't. Over time, the bond that was supposed to be a source of love becomes something else entirely-something heavy, something controlling. Vivienne finds herself shrinking in ways she doesn't fully understand, caught in a dynamic she can't quite name but can't escape either. And then, suddenly, it's over. In the quiet aftermath, she's left with space-more than she knows what to do with. Space to breathe. To question. To begin again. That's what leads her to a small farm, to something simple and grounding. She isn't looking for anything more than a furry friend. But she finds Noah instead. He's steady where her past was uncertain. Gentle where things once felt sharp. And though he's long past the age of expecting anything like fate, something about the way they meet feels quietly, impossibly right. This time, there's no pressure. No weight. Just a chance at something real.

What if Hera broke her vows and had a demigod child? Clio found a home in Hollywood because she couldn't find a home elsewhere. At just sixteen years old, she had her whole life planned. Three albums in two years, a sold-out tour, trophy cases of awards; but to her, this was only the beginning. Clio had a charm that could make her irresistible, a kind of beauty that could make anyone fall silent. It was as though when she walked into a room; all eyes drifted to her, like a moth being drawn to a flame. But recently she felt as though more than just eyes were watching her, like a force or power seeking her. Only a short time after The Battle of Manhattan, the Oracle predicted the next Great Prophecy. A new forbidden child would break the trust of the gods and would be sent on a quest to save Olympus from despair. But while attempting to save Olympus, they would have to learn to save themselves and dig deep within their heart to decide who they want to be. The Great Prophecy reads: "Born not of love but forged by command, A queen without a throne, fate not in her hand. When loyalty shatters and truth is unveiled, The child of no mother decides what has failed. By her choice, not by sword, Olympus to mend, To rebel against her rage and succeed to defend."

In a realm where power is everything, she was born with nothing-or so they believed. Ileina Terranova has always been different. In Empyrhea, where elemental gifts dictate status and silence is feared, she was neither Banal nor gifted-unremarkable, invisible. Until something ancient awakens within her: wild, untamed, and utterly impossible. When an unforeseen spark earns her a place at the Bureau's elite training grounds, Ileina is thrust into a world of brutal coursework, elemental trials, and cryptic mentors. But her awakening is only the beginning. Whispers of a forgotten bloodline. Echoes of a buried war. Matchmaking Madness - Volume 1 In the treacherous world of the Inner Court, even marriage can become a battlefield. When the Emperor decrees that the brilliant yet dangerously independent daughter of General Lakan must be formally acknowledged as a princess, a carefully calculated chain of events is set into motion. What begins as a political arrangement soon becomes a subtle contest of strategy, influence, and quiet rebellion. Caught between imperial command and his own guarded paternal instincts, Lakan is forced into a game he did not choose - one where every move could determine his daughter's future. Meanwhile, the Moon Prince stands at the centre of the court's attention, admired for his elegance yet underestimated in ways that may prove perilous for everyone involved. As factions stir behind painted screens and unseen hands guide the board, one truth becomes increasingly clear: In the palace, even love can be weaponised. And some matches are arranged not to unite... but to control. Disclaimer This is a fan-created work inspired by the world and characters of The Apothecary Diaries. Hello guys , This is my first story , I hope you all to like it and if you find any mistakes so kindly dm me on @pragresswith__ssa or through comments. As for the story, it is a contractual marriage where the ML and FL fall in love at the first sights and get hesitant to admit it and so many . I am sure that the people who think the writers to concentrate on Male Lead and Female Lead they will most probably like it . It also contains a little bit of violence. I don't recommend it for sensitive people. I would be glad to know your thoughts about it . Based on your response , I will post other chapters, that is once my exams are over . Thank You.
