Charlie is Barry's little sister. Things had always been rough but she always had the constant of her parents, and Barry. But when she turned 6 her mother was murdered in front of her and her father was arrested. Then all she had was Barry. Then when the Particle Accelerator exploded she was thrown into a 8 month, 3 week, and 5 day long coma. When she wakes up something's different, but should she tell anybody?

This is basically the TV show on Netflix of Flash, but just as a story instead.

[Based off Season 2] What about the younger people that were affected by the Particle Accelerator? Where are they? What about the kids that are Meta-Humans? Well some don't even know about their powers, others, hiding it. But four, are living in Star Labs being tested and hidden for their protection. Where are their parents you may ask, well they're, dead. Killed when the Accelerator went off... (Cover by -dobreva and me but they did most of it)

The glimmer of a moon falls down through a hole in the clouds, mixing with the pouring rain to create silver droplets that fall through a skylight in a bookstore on the west side of town, pelting a small wooden table with shimmery flecks of liquid, that condense and form a spiral silver necklace with a small, ruby red stone in its perfect center. The beam of moonlight passes over it, and it sparkles, sending out a symbol to the stars. Then clouds covers the pale face once more, and the jewel is dark.
