"You're late," Mehrish uttered. Her voice was even. He glanced at his watch. "I had an emergency call. You're the least important thing on my calendar today." He stated it flat. "Good," she replied. "Then I won't waste it. I need this said face to face." He signaled the waiter with two fingers. "Coffee. Black." Then he looked at her. His eyes stayed on her nose ring for long. "Say it." Mehrish folded her hands on the table. Her knuckles were white. "Tell everyone you're not interested. Tell everyone that you refuse this rishta. Say it clearly. In front of them." "And why would I do that?" He asked, leaning back in the chair. Then he smiled. It wasn't a kind smile. It was the same smile he used in boardrooms when someone asked for a discount he wouldn't give. "You want me to perform a rejection for you. That's a lot of drama for a girl I met twice." "It's not drama," Mehrish countered. "It's closure. For both of us." "There is no us," He declared. "So there's nothing to close. I'll handle things my way." Mehrish exhaled through her nose. "Your way is silence" He finally took a sip of coffee. It was too hot. He didn't react. "You want a clear no? You have it. I'm not marrying you. That's honest." "Honest would be saying it to her face," Mehrish insisted. She stood up. The couple at table five looked up. "But you won't. Because it's easier to let me be the bad guy." "Mehrish," He called out. He stood too but didn't follow. "Don't walk out like this. We're having a conversation." "No," she shot back. "We're not. I asked once. You refused. I'm done requesting" She turned and walked towards the door. Then she stopped. She didn't turn all the way. Just her head, just enough for him to see her profile. The whole café seemed to hold its breath. Mehrish's voice dropped. Low. "Suno" (listen) He turned his head. His eyes met hers, but stopped at the nose ring. Mehrish delivered it once. Clear. Cold. "Bhad me jao tum" (you just go to hell)

✨️Mah-e-Noor: Between Love and Loneliness✨️ She was once the princess of the Malik family-spoilt, rebellious, and fearless. At fifteen, she was sent away to boarding school, abandoned by the family she loved, misunderstood by the people who mattered most. Now, more than four years later, Hemayal is called back home. Her grandmother misses her. Her siblings fear she hasn't changed. The cousins whisper, and the house that once adored her waits for the chaos she once brought. But Hemayal is not the same girl who left. The years away have taught her lessons she never wanted to learn. The girl who once demanded the world has almost lost herself-and now she must face the family she left behind. Will they see the change in her, or will the past always define her? A story of mistakes, loss, and the painful journey of growing up... of becoming someone you never thought you could. (Originally published on 20th October 2025 Republished on 23rd April 2026)

"Some people are born extraordinary. Others spend their lives being compared to them." Kinza Khan has heard the same sentence for as long as she can remember. "Look at Ammar." "Why can't you be more like your cousin?" "He's the pride of the family." No matter how hard she studies, how many sleepless nights she spends with her books, or how desperately she tries, she never seems to be enough. Now, fate has played its cruelest joke. Dr. Ammar Khan-the family's golden child, a brilliant professor, a respected doctor, and the very cousin she's been compared to her entire life-is also her professor in medical college. In his lecture hall, she is just another student. A student who always forgets the answers. A student he never hesitates to question in front of the entire class. A student who silently dreads hearing two words... "Miss Kinza." As if surviving his lectures wasn't difficult enough, an unexpected betrayal turns both of their lives upside down. One day before their separate weddings, the truth about both families comes to light. With their family's reputation hanging by a thread, one decision changes everything. Instead of marrying strangers... Kinza and Ammar are asked to marry each other. Two cousins. One unwanted nikah. One house. One college. One classroom. And countless unspoken emotions. Can a girl who has always lived in her cousin's shadow ever become more than the family's greatest disappointment? Or will she always remain... the girl they compared?

For thirteen years, Jannat Noor-ul-Ain Shah lived surrounded by love. She had a devoted father, a caring mother, and two protective older brothers who would move mountains for her. Yet, unknown to her, an entire family was missing from her life. Now, a cousin's wedding brings the entire Shah clan together under one roof. What was meant to be Shahzaib's wedding becomes something far greater. The arrival of a girl no one knew existed. A granddaughter longed for. A niece adored before she is even known. A cousin who changes everything. Her name is Jannat Noor-ul-Ain Shah. And she came thirteen years too late. Or perhaps... Exactly when her family needed her most.

Gen-Z London isn't tea and crumpets and big ben. It's Nike Techs, UK drill, and the mandem. Sharara Ayyappan has never fit neatly into anyone's box. Too Indian for America. Too American for India. And now her family has uprooted everything to London, which - great. Cool. She's not holding her breath. But Sharara didn't come here to fit in. She came here in her Bape and her Cuban chains and her French tips with her toy poodle Lauren and her zero tolerance for the customer service voice that Indian American girls are expected to perform for everyone's comfort. She came here as exactly herself. And if London has a problem with that - London can sort itself out. What she didn't expect was her cousin Oviya pulling her straight into a friend group of UK desi baddies and roadmen who are bold and swaggy and completely unbothered. She also didn't expect how complicated London would get. Because underneath the grey skies and the chippies and the overground and the drip - her new world has edges. Sharp ones. The kind that confidence alone can't protect you from. Turns out some of her new bruvs have history. The kind that doesn't stay in the past. And when that history comes looking - it comes looking for everyone.

It was the same for them, one mistake, a very big mistake that made everything bad for them. " You left me there, Laiba. You abandoned me all alone on that dark road and left without turning back." He looked into her eyes, but this time they held all the unspoken words, complaints, pain and everything that he had hid behind a façade. • . • . • . • . • . • . • . • SARAH AND ZAWIYAR: She was his lethal obsession and addiction. The insanity for her ran in his veins and he would cross any limits just to get her, make her his. Tears streamed down her face as silent sobs filled the room. Her red, tear-filled eyes pleaded with the man standing before her. "Please... let me go. Please." Across from Kashan sat the Qazi, frozen in shock, unable to move. Every tear that fell from her eyes weighed heavily on his heart. "Say yes... and let this day end in peace," Kashan said coldly, pressing the barrel of his gun against Innaya's head. "Stop creating a scene." "I can't..." she cried, her voice trembling. "I'm entrusted to Sarmad... Please." She folded her hands before him. "Please let me go. I only love him. He is my first... and my last love. For the sake of Allah... please." A faint smirk appeared on Kashan's lips as he raised the gun to her head once again. "First love?" he murmured. "Don't test my patience, Innaya. Don't force me to make you fall at my feet before you finally say yes." He turned towards the Qazi. "Qazi Sahab..." "Start the Nikah." **** In life, we all have to make choices without knowing whether they will bring happiness or pain. On the journey of life, we must face our deepest fears, experience love, endure heartbreak, find healing, and learn to move forward. Life is a mixture of every emotion. > "𝑯𝒆 𝒊𝒔 𝑨𝒍𝒍𝒂𝒉, 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒐𝒏𝒆...." 𝑭𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒔𝒆𝒔, 𝑶𝒏𝒆 𝒕𝒓𝒖𝒕𝒉. Kufr means "denial." The Kalima is the word by which you accept Allah and His Messenger from your heart and bring faith in them. This story is for those who think that Allah's trials are a form of rejection. When they don't receive something they desire, they become upset with Allah. They don't realize that perhaps there is wisdom in it, that maybe what they wanted could have been harmful for them. Even when they cry, beg, and shed tears, if Allah withholds something, there must be a reason. This story is for those who feel as if Allah has abandoned them midway, for those who believe that when Allah takes away someone or something they love, it must be because He is punishing them or doesn't love them. But the truth is it is never like that! Allah only tests us as much as we can bear.
