throughout dazai's life, he's always wondered what it would be like to not feel pain. at the mere age of 16, he meets someone for a brief moment who helps ease said pain. he felt warm. but he never saw her again. now at the age of 22, a new café opens from across the armed detective agency and he spots a familiar face.

Dazai Osamu isn't human. He doesn't feel, nor care. He pities the ones who can feel emotions. His only escape is writing, he can create his perfect suicide there, one that everyone can admire in a library or book store. One that will be imprinted in their minds forever. That is until he meets a small ginger who completely changes his perspective on life.

(lol idk how it happened XD) So, i wrote my dreams on my dream notes, and i realized, all of them are connected to each other. Then i decided: why not make a fanfic with this? (Let's just pretend that girl is the reader... for those who know who she is, please don't spoil those who didn't know!) I want to hold off my previous VOCALOID fanfics, so that i can wrote this as quickly as i can. I also came up with an idea of making a VOCALOID zombie AU! I never liked zombie things like The Walking Dead, World War Z, but i watched them anyways (and i regreted my decision T-T) Welp, hope you enjoy! If you see any typos, do notify me! this is for my creative writing coursework for school but idk if its actually good HAHAHAH. The title comes from obviously no longer human by Osamu Dazai and i also used lines from the actual book since i was supposed to include famous quotes so... But the story is basically about this girl in hospital with her friend but shes been having memory problems and is unable to do daily tasks... Also i kinda added a bit of ylia in there but i haven't actually wrote that yet lol.

Completed Started: October 19, 2022 Ended: December 10, 2022 This is a book with many quotes from Dazai Osamu. He is a Japanese writer who was born on June 19th 1909. Dazai died, a suicide, on June 13th 1948. His most famous work, "No Longer Human" is Japan's second most popular book. He is mostly known for his in depth writting. His works have changed my whole perspective in life. Enjoy!

I was too weak to use my special ability. I felt the wind around me, i knew i was falling. I heard that bastard's scream. ,,CHUUYA!!" Then it came.. I heard loud cracking sound. For few seconds i felt so much pain, but it disappeard right away. I mean- everything disappeard. I could see nothing, but dark.. Wait, i think i see light. It was so far away, but it was getting closer every second. There was someone above me, i could recorgnize someone's face. I automatically punched them and got up. ,,Heh, i guess you're ok, baby." Baby?! Why would someone call me baby?! I know I'm not the tallest, but this crossed the line. I truned my head to see.... DAZAI?!
