This story doesn't have Jefferson, because I hate him lol, and Max doesn't have any powers. I will be putting tw's in every chapter if there is needed one. But I do want to say that every chapter has a lot of swearing, so that is the only tw I won't be mentioning anymore. If swearing makes you uncomfortable, let me know and I will publish another version of this without it. Also please don't mind me being dyslexic and making typos here and there, I try my best not to make them lol.

AN: Hey Guys, I'm back with another prompt request from an anonymous Tumblr user for Life Is Strange! The request was a Nathan Prescott X Reader in which Nathan and the reader are dating but the reader finds out about all of the terrible things he's done and the reader breaks up with him. It was also requested for Nathan to just be a complete wreck as he tries to get the reader to take him back. I had some trouble coming up with a good title for this request but while I was writing this I was listening to "High and Dry" by Radiohead and I thought the song kind of fit well with the prompt. I definitely recommend giving "High and Dry" a listen because it's a really good song and one of my favorite Radiohead songs. Warning: If you guys have played Life is Strange then you will know that it deals with some pretty dark elements. Also I am going to put in a mild language warning. There was no doubt that Nathan Prescott was a very troubled person disturbed even. Only those People who were part of the vortex club knew what he was like behind his facade and when he wasn't being a whiny little rich kid. But it wasn't until you came across him having one of his breakdowns you managed to help him out and cause some sort of bond onwards between the two of you. And that's where you realized he was a damaged soul.

This fic is set in a timeline where everything is roughly the same as in-game, except for the following: the timeline is spread out to months instead of within a week, Chloe didn't get shot and there is no storm.
