A mortal spends hours pouring over parchment by candlelight in rickety taverns across the land while his companions rest. While cheering from downstairs and snoring from beside him closes in on Arthur, he pens letters to his beloved patron. A shame he'll never receive them.

"Charlie! Charlie stop running, I won't be able to hold back, and this will all turn way messier than It has to be!" He yelled, leaning against the wall and panting hard, as his eyes flashed from red to yellow repetitively. I froze, turning around and slowly facing him. His eyes flashed yellow, as he gained control once more, and I breathed I sigh of relief. "Now that we're all good, let's get on shall we?" He asked, looking me in the eye. "Why'd you run?" ------------------- Charlie had always been a weird kid, not counting his disabilities, sexuality and secondary gender. But when he gets diagnosed with a rare type of heat, one that can send Alpha's into ruts that could kill them, and would end with him eventually getting pregnant with 100% certainty, he feels outcasted. So he breaks his tie with his mate, and does what he does best. He runs. But everything is catching up to him, and maybe it's time for him to stop. "Nothing lasts forever. Not even time."

A Float Through Night Skies and other Poems in Youth is a poetry collection written from the eyes of an existential and disenfranchised youth. It details themes such as Love, Family, Loneliness, Desperation, Transcendence as well as Suicide. These poems try to encapsulate the feelings of living as a young boy who is struggling to find any sense of their own reality while also in search of contentment through lonely ponderings of the grandiose.

How can I let your voice slump into oblivion if it resembles the sound of the rustling leaves? This book is a reflection of my journey through the ebbs and flows of life-of repeatedly learning the essence of love, learning the pain of isolation, and finding myself again. Trigger Warning: This book contains themes that may be distressing to some readers, including mental illness, trauma, grief, self-harm, and emotional abuse. Words can bring us alive. They let our imagination run free, and they show us who we really are. These words can cut, kill, and wound. They can heal, love, and beautify. They may be no more than a scratch of ink on a parchment, or a syllable mouthed with the simple opening and closing of the lips, but beware: They can mean so much more than what they seem to be, just like so many other things in life. All those sleepless nights, those daydreams, those infinite moments; all put down in words to help bear the burden enough.

A poem. It is a short and yet evocative way of writing but how can my poems reach your soul? A poem to be relatable and yet unfamiliar, very short and yet telling stories for eternity without any more words. Can a poem touch upon the nature of humanity? Is it the emotions that such a poem can go through? Is it the imaginary or just the creative descriptions? In this collection, you will find poems that I have written as a hobby. They are crafted to simply question and explore, providing insights without definitive conclusions, reflecting on concepts that are intangible. My poems are not very long but I hope you still enjoy them! If you liked it please leave a vote and if you have any questions you can ask them in the comments :)
