The next school year after the X-Games, Max and Bradley had started to get along a little better. Very slowly they started to become friends sharing similar interests and being paired up in classes and bumping into eachother at the coffee shop and skate park. Pj and Bobby were still skeptical but they trusted Max's judgment. Though a few months after they actually got close Max started to notice his feelings shift, he didn't know what this feeling was but he was excited to see Bradley, he didn't mind the teasing as much anymore and felt his face heat up when they would brush hands for just a little too long. This was almost like how he felt when... Roxxane? No it couldn't be- He was a boy and so was Bradley. There's no way... This can't be happening not to him! While Max dealing with all of this he started to notice Brad was getting more distant, ghosting him more and more often when he wants to hang out. What the fuck? They were just getting close, he wasn't acting that weird, what the hell Bradley? Meanwhile Bradley, terrified of what his parents might think after he realizes he has feelings for Goof distancing himself immedietley, pulling away from Max. He avoids him every chance he gets, sits far away from him in class, changing his skating time, even going as far as changing his morning routine to avoid bumping into him at the coffee shop. Max keeps desperately trying to see Bradley, spamming his phone just very worried, his behavior changing noticably... (STARTS WHEN THEY'RE FRIENDS Also cover art is MINE)

A maxley fanfic BECAUSE THERE ISNT ENOUGH (I'm trying to make it slow burn but tbh I'm really bad at slowburn) Max: As Max begins sophomore year, he finds himself having feelings for someone he never imagined he would. It's absolutely unheard of and definitely the worst Person to feel ANYTHING but hatred toward, but what could he do? The feeling grows and eventually, so does their connection. This year would be interesting indeed Bradley: After the X games, Bradley had completely altered the way he treated people, after finding out his roommate was the exact person he was dreading to reunite with, things got a bit tricky but none the less he was determined to focus on only school this year, no interruptions, though that had became quite hard he found himself tangled in his own mess all over again.

In this human AU during the aftermath of extremely goofy movie, Bradley, a rich college student, whose defeat in the X Games has now taken him on a hard toll. As he not only got kicked out of the Gammas fraternity house for making a fool out of them but was also struggling with getting through the rest of his school degree with failing grades piled up on him in stacks. Which could lead to the possibility of losing his only way to pay for college. That is until Max, who sees him laying low on a campus park tree and decides to step in to help. I'm jumping on the Maxley hype train with this one. Shenanigans will ensue. These two make me cry. Basically this takes place after the events of An Extremely Goofy Movie, and idk what to say other than it's a Maxley fic. Not made for kids, there will be some cursing because I think that's funny. I almost named it Sgayter Boys because I think I'm funny but I was talked out of it. No I did not go to college how could you tell? Shout out to my friend Nika for helping me come up with ideas! They've been a big help.
