This is a special chapter because it is the 50th chapter of this book! Why is this book so long? I don't really know, but I hope you guys don't mind :D I'm doing all of this for my lovely and dedicated readers <3 You all are awesome!!!

Your POV

I stared at the mirror and looked at myself as Aiko continued to fix my outfit. "Do you think it looks good?" I asked and Aiko nodded.

"It looks amazing! This will be perfect for your date tonight," Aiko mused and she got me a comb.

"Maybe I shouldn't go all out though..." I mumbled. "I mean, I don't even know where we're going. We could be going to the movies or something."

We were at the tailor shop and it was 15 minutes before my date with Makoto. I didn't know where he was bringing me too, but I didn't want to end up wearing something casual if we were to go to a fancy restaurant. Speaking of fancy... What was Makoto going to wear...?

"Here! All done!" Aiko squealed and I got a final look at myself. My hair was all nicely done thanks to the hands of Aiko, and my clothing looked stunning. I was wearing a pure white off-the-shoulder tank top and a short white skirt. I had my silver star bracelet on as always from Makoto's christmas present and I wore my light pink flats.

"Thank you so much Aiko," I said and I hugged her. "Hopefully tonight will be the best night ever!"

*Meanwhile* Makoto POV

"I'm nervous," I murmured as I put on my outfit for the date tonight.

"Don't be," Ryan said, calming me down. "Just follow the agenda that you made and everything will go swell."

"Alright." I took a deep breath and looked at myself in the mirror. I've got this. I will make sure everything goes perfect for (y/n).

"Be ready to tell me how everything goes after your date," Ryan reminded me and I nodded. "You better make her the most happiest girl tonight."

"I will!" I announced confidently. "Thanks Ryan for helping me. Hopefully tonight will be one unforgettable night."

*Timeskip* Your POV

Makoto waited for me outside of our apartment and when I got a good look at him, I stood starstruck. He looked magnificent! With a black blazer and matching pants, Makoto was my prince charming tonight.

"Wow, you look amazing!" Makoto complimented and he smiled widely.

"Thanks, Makoto. You look amazing too!" I replied and I blushed furiously while my heart danced wildly.

"I have to owe Ryan for this. He helped me with my makeover," Makoto admitted and he rubbed the back of his neck with his hand.

"Well, Aiko helped me prepare for this date, so I guess I owe her too," I laughed and Makoto laughed along.

"Should we get going now?" Makoto asked and he held out his hand. I nodded and took his hand gratefully as we both walk down the evening streets of Tokyo. With Makoto by my side and the vision of our upcoming delicious dinner, I couldn't control my inner happiness. I was just too excited!

"So Makoto, where are you bring me?" I questioned.

"First dinner, then the second thing is a surprise," Makoto answered and he smiled. The two of us continued walking until we reached a large building. My eyes immediately widened when I recognized the place.

"Oh my god! This is Kozue, one of the best authentic restaurants in Tokyo!" I exclaimed and Makoto chuckled. (A/N: Seriously, Kozue looks amazing T~T I want to go there one day with my boyfriend... Thank you google images xD)

"Yup. I tried really hard to get us reservations here and I finally did it. Their cuisines are wonderful and there is even a beautiful view overlooking Tokyo!" Makoto explained and my mouth widened.

"Oh, I can't wait! Tonight will be a magical night!"

When Makoto and I got to our seats, it was quite relaxing and deluxe. Every customer in Kozue was on a date with a special someone and everything looked classy. There were so many appetizers on the menu, it was hard for Makoto and I to decide which ones to get on this special night.

Eventually we settled in and ordered all the things we wanted. Eating our gourmet meals, staring into each other's eyes, awing at the splendid view, sharing laughter and exchanging smiles, talking about hopeful memories... Our very first official date was going better than we both expected.

"There is still one place I want to take you," Makoto said as he wiped his mouth with a handkerchief. We had just finished sharing our cake sundae for dessert and we were about to leave.

"Cool! Where are we going?" I asked and I looked at the time on my phone.

8:29pm

"You'll just have to see," Makoto winked and he helped me out of my seat. The weather outside was starting to get cold for night, but I snuggled next to Makoto as he led me to our last stop. Finally, we reached our destination and I let out a huge gasp when I saw where we were.

My vision was instantly covered with firelights as I looked up to see the gigantic landmark. Makoto had brought me to the base of Tokyo Tower, the big main attraction of Tokyo. It was so dazzling, the way the structure lit up in the night with shades of yellow and orange. I turned to Makoto and he smiled at me.

"It's beautiful isn't it?" Makoto asked and I nodded. "It's beautiful like you."

I froze as Makoto slowly reached out for my hands. He brought me into a tight embrace and our faces were mirrored as I stared into his gentle eyes.

"I just want to say, ever since I met you, my whole life has changed. I fell in love and I will forever stay in love. It's true, I may not be a prince or a man with fame and money, but I hope I'm the one for you.  With you beside me, I just feel ultimate joy. I hope I make you proud, I hope I make you happy, I hope... I'm all you need in life."

"Makoto..."

"You're beautiful, inside and out! I am so in love with you and please give me the love I deserve," Makoto whispered and he pulled me into a passionate kiss on the lips. However, the kiss didn't feel like any of the kiss we've had before. Time stopped, my muscles all died, and all the people around us disappeared. I was sucked into the feeling of realization.

Makoto broke the kiss and I opened my eyes with a new sight. Makoto was the man I wanted to be with for my whole life.

"So (y/n)..." Makoto bent over on one knee and he took out a small box. "Will you marry me?"
