*Sonic's PoV*
I was in my room looking at a picture of me and my friends. "Why did I take this job." I said to no one. I never get to see my friends when I'm here, sure I see shadow whenever I get an assist trophy but that's about it. "Sonic the Hedgehog, please come to my office please." Master Hand said through an intercom, "Yes sir!" I said as hurried to his office and was there in two seconds. "You called." I said in a snarky voice. All of a sudden I got attacked by 5 people, all I knew very well "SONIC!!" All of my friends yelled "Tails, Knuckles, Amy, Cream, Rouge!" I yell as they tackle me. I see Shadow walk out of the shadows and smirk. "Hmph what a bunch a drama queens." He said. "Oh Shadow lighten up, us five haven't seen him in forever!" Rouge said, putting emphasis on the words "us five". " Exactly! You two see each other any time you come out of an assist trophy." Amy said. I missed Amy the most out of all of these guys, Only Tails, Knuckles, And Mario know I like her back. When she's not totally insane, she's cute, funny and an amazing cook might I say. "Well sonic are you gonna take us on a little tour of the mansion or what." Knuckles said. "But of course, follow me." I said
*Amy's PoV*
"This mansion is huge!" I say looking all over the place. "Yep MH treats the smashers with respect, all of us have our own rooms, a huge food court and no one gets treated better than anyone." He said. "It's quite amazing, but it would be a lot better if you guys can stay or at least be assist trophies." Than an idea popped into my head " How about we ask if we can be assist trophies." I said. "I don't know Amy MH is a strict person hand thing,but its worth a shot." Sonic said
*30 minutes later, Sonic's PoV*
"Well what he say." I said hoping they could be in. "He said only one of us could be an assist trophy." Tails said "Really! Aww that sucks, well who did he pick. " Amy." They all said in unison. "Sorry guys." Amy said. "Its OK Amy at least Sonic will have some company." Cream said. "Well we'll be here for 3 days so let's have some fun." Knuckles said as he ran out the door. We all laughed as we ran after him.
*3 days later*
"Bye guys!" I said. "Bye sonic, bye Amy." They said. Now its me, Shadow, and Amy, and me and Amy are just talking. "So I punched Captain Falcon in the face, and spin dashed into Mario and they both went flying." I said. She laughed and said, "Sonic, you are one of the best fighters here aren't you?" "Probably." I said chuckling, and then I said "Amy, don't freak out but I-I li-like you." Out of nowhere and was I felt the heat rise up to my face. After an awkward silence I leaned in and kissed her. "Amy I think I love you." I said. "I must be dreaming or something!" She said. "Nope this is as real as it gets." I said, and I kissed her with more passion
