PART TWENTY TWO

(A/N: I forgot to mention there is a huge Time-jump....this scene is when the baby is fully developed. Thanks for the heads-up @supdanii)

"You don't have the right to tell me we're over. You're the one that was cheating on me in the first place." You get defensive all of a sudden, hopping back down to the ground. Michael tightens his grip on you.

"I wasn't cheating on you!" Calum roars, stepping into the room.

He tries to explain. "You wanna know what I was really doing? I-"

"She doesn't want to hear it," Michael interrupts. "It's over, Calum. Y/N loves me, not you."

"You..." Calum turns his face back towards you. "love him?"

"Did I ever say that...?" You frown at Michael.

Calum snorts. "She doesn't love you, you idiot. Who was there for her when she got raped? Who was there when she found out? Who took her to the hospital? Wiped away all her tears? I did. I was." Calum's eyes burn with anger. "You're mistaken, Michael. The only times she ever wanted you was when she was heartbroken over me. You were simply a replacement, an easy relief."

"But I did what you can never do," Michael's lips curl into a scowl. "I love her flaws. I accept them. When on the other hand, you get angry at Y/N for every little mistake she makes. Think that's real love?"

You step in. "Do I have to stop you two? Or are we going to end up at the hospital again?" You rub circles into your forehead, trying (and failing) to relieve the headache.

"Starting today I'm single, and I will love who I want, thank you, Michael." You glance at Michael. "No one can decide who my heart chooses at the end."

"It doesn't matter who you choose because we're done, does it?" Calum asks.

"That's true. Then I guess I won't be choosing you," You shoot back.

Calum's face darkens. "Take it back," he says.

Michael groans. "You can't deny it- you still love her."

Calum sucks in a breath. "Yeah, and I'll win her back, because I always do."

You're more than just disappointed at his response.

"Calum, this isn't about me 'cheating' on you, is it? It's all about your stupid rivalry with Michael. You want to prove a point. How immature could you both get?"

Neither Calum or Michael can open their mouths, so you keep talking.

"You don't care that I kissed Michael, because I'm 'yours'. It's the fact that Michael won me over that makes you mad," You say to Calum.

"No, it's not that." Calum says grimly.

"No, that's it. I need to get away from both of you. Move out of my way." You try to go past Calum, who stands, blocking the doorway.

"Let me leave!" You roar, louder than you intended.

"No."

"I swear to god, Calum, if you don't let me, and you keep-"

Suddenly, a breath hitches in your throat, making you gasp.

Your stomach starts to twist and churn, and the baby moves. It kicks harder than ever before. It kicks, and it kicks and moves so fast you could feel the walls of your body caving in-

And the pain that comes with it, is indescribable. Your eyesight is already getting blurry.

"Y/N!" Either Michael or Calum's voice yells out over your shrieks of pain.

"Call the fucking hospital!"

"I am! Get her in the car!"

With one last scream, your eyes roll back and you're completely knocked out.
