The Hunger Games part doesn't come in until about chapter 70.

Bixby_emman: Well in the Hunger Games, when Katniss started the rebellion by pulling out the berries, it made everyone love her. Some of the districts wanted a rebellion but some were too little and not all of the people would do it (District 12). But at the end of Catching Fire District 12 was destroyed.
Pony: WOW! Why'd it get destroyed?
Bright-Shine: Because of Katniss. She blew up the arena and she and Peeta and Finnick and Wiress and Johanna escaped. Well Peeta and Johanna didn't. The Capitol got them. Stupid Capitol. So basically because of rebellion. That's what happened to District 13
Johnny: What's District 13?
Bright-Shine: Exactly!!!
Johnny: ???
Two-Bit: But they are ok now? Right?
Bright-Shine: I haven't read the last book but I know they end up together and have kids.
Pony: Awww
Two-Bit: Thank goodness
Bright-Shine: Yeah but technically everyone lives
Johnny: What?
Bright-Shine: IT'S THE POWER OF IMAGINATION JOHNNY!!
