Ever since she picked up the Urban Legend of Mary-san, Koishi has been able to "call" people using her third eye phone. What she does is she says "Call [name of person]" to her third eye, and a psychic link of sorts is created between the two people. Whatever Koishi says into the phone can be heard by the other person, and whatever the other person says can be heard by Koishi through the phone. The psychic link ends when Koishi hangs up the phone.
