"Ann? You home?" I hear Ross call throughout our shared home as I stand staring at the plus sign that appeared on the test.

I couldn't believe it. Of course I was happy, but Ross and I are only engaged. We're not ready for a child. I guess I'll tell him in a few days.

"There you are!" Ross comes into the bathroom, a smile lighting up his features just after I stuffed the test away in the cabinet. "Now, what about those plans we had for tonight?" He grins now.

"I'm sorry," I say. "I don't feel too well. Could we do it another night?" I totally just lied to my fiancé. "Oh, um, okay. Sure, babe. But what's up? Why aren't you feeling well?"

"I think it's just a little stomach ache or something," I lie. "Okay. How about a movie?" He asks, making me nod. "Kay. I'll be downstairs." Ross walks out of the bathroom, and I head down not long after.

-- about a week later --

I couldn't keep Ross' child from him any longer. I had to tell him.

"Ross," I say.

"Yea?" Ross looks up at me from his dinner plate.

"There's something I need to tell you..." I start. He nods encouragingly, signaling for me to go on. "I'm... I'm p-pregnant, Ross." His eyes widen, but a smile lights up his face.

"You're w-what?" He breathes. "Wait - so you're... Pregnant? THIS IS GREAT! Babe, we're going to have a baby!" He gets up out of his chair, and picks me up, spinning me around, a huge smile lighting up his face.

"So you're happy?" I ask once he put me down on my feet. "Of course," he kisses me, then pulls back. "Okay, we need to start thinking of names!"

I laugh. "You only just found out!" He chuckles. "I know, I know. But I wanna start early. What about Prince Ross the Great or something?"

I giggle. "No. Let's maybe go with Belle for a girl, and Ryder for a boy."

He nods. "I like those."
