Kai x Cole

Hey guys Idk if this was a request or not but enjoy~ ^^ If this was a request,please whoever requested it speak up so I can let people know or people can see the comments & know you did. I somewhat kinda wanna get back into tagging those who requested stuff,I just forget a lot ^^'

No P.O.V.

It was a bright & sunny winter morning. There was freshly fallen snow all over the place so the ninja had a free day to relax & have fun. Cole was curled up in his blankets not wanting to play in the snow. He was keeping it a secret that he was sick but it was getting harder & harder the more the fire Ninja tried to get him to hangout. Truth is,Kai liked Cole a lot & he wanted to try & get some time to hang out so he could tell him. Cole keeps avoiding everyone just so he cant get anyone sick.

"Cole come out & enjoy the snow."Kai said knocking at the earth ninja's door.

"I-im good."Cole said as he was about to sneeze. Kai walked in right when it happened.

"Are you ok?"Kai asked walking to his bed. Cole hid under the blankets more nodding.

"Yeah Im fine I just dont want to be outside."Cole said keeping a tight grip on the blanket. Kai huffed not giving up this time so he grabbed the blankets & pulled them off seeing tissues & a medicine bottle in his bed. Kai frowned & put the blanket back on Cole.

"Why didnt you tell anyone you were sick?"Kai asked crossing his arms a little upset.

"I didnt want to get anyone sick & I didnt want to miss out on any missions."Cole sighed & sat up.

"Well I'm gonna tell the others then I'll come back to be your nurse for the day."Kai said & rushed out before Cole could protest. Cole liked Kai like Kai like him but he was very doubtful that Kai felt the same. He sighed & laid down trying to sleep. Within 10 minutes Kai was back with water,soup,crackers & another box of tissues. Cole rolled over & looked at Kai with a faint blush. The fire ninja was wearing a nurses uniform.

"Why are you in a dress?"Cole said with a small laugh.

"Samantha made me wear it."Kai sighed as he sat Cole up & had him take some morning medicine. Cole fought him at 1st but after awhile he took it. Soon after he had downed the water & used a few tissues before Kai sat on the bed feeding him.

"I can eat by myself"Cole whined blushing a bit.

"But I want to feed you,you need to save your strength"Kai chuckled. Cole pouted but let him continue,he was kinda enjoying it & got to spend time with Kai so it cant be that bad.  Once the soup was finished Kai tucked Cole in & took the bowl back to the kitchen. He came back with another bottle of water & cleaned up some of Cole's used tissues & the empty bottle from before.

"Hey Kai?"Cole asked with a small yawn.

"yes?"Kai hummed as he glanced over from the other side of the room where he was setting the trash can back down.

"This is gonna seem a bit childish but could you read a story to me?"Cole asked. Kai smiled & walked over.

"Sure"Kai chuckled before Cole pulled a book out of the drawer next to his bed.

"This has always been my favorite book since childhood"Cole admitted with a blush. Kai smiled & took it before sitting next to the bed.

"Understandable"Kai chuckled as he began to read. It didnt take long for the earth ninja to calmly fall asleep. Kai eventually grew tired so he curled up next to Cole & cuddled him till he fell asleep. It wasnt till 2 hours later that Cole woke up feeling a little better. He tried to get up but was stuck. He looked at what seemed to be holding him down & he saw Kai hugging him as he slept peacefully. Cole blushed heavily but pulled Kai closer & kissed his head.

'I cant believe Im cuddling with Kai' Cole thought as he blushed more. He chuckled when the fire ninja began to nuzzle him. He yawned then soon woke up to met with the brown eyes of the earth ninja staring at him. The 2 stared at each other blushing before Kai took his chance & kissed Cole. Cole grew tense & blushed harder before Kai pulled away blushing just as much & got up.

"S-sorry." Kai said embarrassed & was ready to leave when Cole grabbed his wrist & pulled him back into the bed.

"Dont be now I know you like me back."Cole said with a smile. Kai smiles & they shared a gentle kiss before cuddling & going back to sleep again.

Hope you liked it~ All I have planned next is the long awaited Morro x Echo Zane part 2! Idk when that will be sorry my best friend & I have been a bit lazy & Im the one who keeps forgetting to remind her that we need to work on it. We'll see when its done. For now,goodbye~
