After rethinking her decision, she knew what she had said was morally wrong. Nick St Clair didn't deserve to die at the hands of the Black Hood -- but he did deserve to serve jail time for what he did to Cheryl and almost did.
Betty arrived at the hotel. She knocked on the hotel door, which revealed a really beaten Nick. He looked at Betty a bit confused. He stepped to the side allowing Betty to come in.
"What? Here to finish what your friends started?" Nick asks.
"You're alive." Betty said.
Nick nods, "Yeah, and you tell that bitch Veronica she's lucky I'm not pressing charges on her or Peter." He said.
"Nicholas, why aren't you dressed yet?" His father spoke.
Stepping into Betty's sight was Mr St Clair. Nick glanced at his dad and then to Betty.
"And who's this?" His father asks.
Betty looks at them, "You're not safe here, okay. Any of you-." She said.
Then the knock on the door cut her off. Everyone halted. Nick's dad walked over to the door, answering it seemed to be some on duty officers.
"Nicholas St Clair?" One office asks.
"I'm his father, is there a problem?" His father asks.
The officers glanced at Nick's dad, "Well, there's been a complaint made against him. He's gonna have to come down to the station. You and your wife, as well."
Nick sees his dad look at him.
"You might wanna get dressed, son." His father said, "And you should go."
Betty sees his father looking at her. She just nods and heads out of the hotel room, she walked down the stairs and her phone began to ring. She looked at the caller ID, and saw it was unknown.
"You didn't kill him." Betty said.
"Nick isn't one of Riverdale's sons. And you'd already given me the most wonderful gift. When you said Nick's name, in that moment of nakedness, you let me see the real Betty. And she was beautiful, and righteous. Judge, jury, executioner." The Black Hood said.
Betty shakes her head, "No, no, that's not. I'm-," She was cut off.
"Now that I've seen your true self, Betty, the real work can begin." The Back Hood said.
"What do you mean?" Betty asks.
Only for the line to drop. A long beep followed by Betty being more confused and also more terrified. But she can't stay at the hotel much longer -- soon the cops with Nick and his family will be coming her way.
Betty groans.

Cheryl and Penelope were at the Lodge's with Hermione, Hiram, and Veronica -- as well as Peter, mostly due to Cheryl's request.
